Great product and prompt customer service

I purchased this lamp after receiving recommendations from two different doctors. It was very easy to setup and use. I'm excited to see an increase in my vitamin D levels.

Such as great tool to have to keep my D levels optimal, and so easy to use. My lamp arrived really well packaged to protect it and the lamps worked right away after following the simple instructions to turn them forward into their sockets, and then plug in the unit. Comes with 2 pair of the necessary dark “glasses” (like swim googles) to protect eyes from the light. The lamp seems well designed and should easily provide years of service. The bulbs will go for years also even with several people using the lamp for 5 minutes every other day. Used as recommended it should easily be able to replace oral Vit D supplement use. Very happy I finally got one and was able to set up a payment plan for it. One thing I have found in using is that it’s best used earlier in the day in case the making of D hormones is active into the night which did seem to disturb my sleep when I used the light in the evening.

I wish I had known about Vitamin D light therapy years ago! I live in the dark PNW and although it says the light won't help with SAD...it does plus really changing my Vitamin D....actually cheaper than Supplements in 5 years. Great Customer Service!

Easy ordering, fast delivery and working without problems

I got fast international delivery. Good costumer service. And energy levels and mood went up.

The lamp is good and functions as it should, but the delivery agent was disappointing. UPS delivered my package late. It should have been delivered on Friday the 18th or at the latest Monday the 21st, but got delivered Friday the 25th.

It shipped very quickly and setup was a breeze. I am loving it so far!

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick to UK. I am very happy with the lamp though not sure if there any changes yet apart from herxing which may be due to my frequency generator.

My package arrived quickly and well packaged. The lamps will flicker a little for the first few times until they are flicker free. It is not a defect. So far I'm very happy with the product.

It is too early to comment on the efficacy of the unit. It does appear to be sturdily built and was packed very well for shipping. The nose pieces of the goggles are sharp and hurt where they make contact with the nose. For the overall quality of the unit you would have expected the goggles to have been designed better, similar to those used by swimmers. A suggestion for future models, when the timer stops, the unit should "flip" to off. This would prevent the accidental turning on of the unit when the timer is reset for the next time session and the goggles have not yet been put on.
