Avoid this jobsite they are scammers

I downloaded their app late last year
And suddenly I started receiving bill for sms sent to my phone for jobs. Even though I didn't accept such jobs. I contacted them to cancel the activated apps. They keep saying a manager would contact me. Afterward kept their routine send sms and charge me. I have written to them several mails asking them to stop. But they wouldn't. This scammers are ripping me off just like that. They have left me depressed.
I would never refer an enemy to this company. Don't download their app and take their service. You would regret it.

Very BAD service and SPETZ are SCAMMERs, they owe me £87 pounds and they are not paying me, every time I send them a message on there app to call me to pay me back my money, they call me everyday and when I answer there phone calls they put the phone down on me every day, DO NOT TRUST SPETZ, SPETZ ARE SCAMMERS 😡😡

a fully scam rip off company

a fully scam rip off company. i used them as a comapny owner on behalf of swellelectricians ltd after they called me to join amd offered me the world in one hand and after joining i recieved so many calls from number i do knot and before i say hello they just hang up and they charged me £25 for each call which very rediculous and o nthe top of that if you want to cancel the subscription they bombard you with alot of calls just to charge you money. not worth it at all. scammers

My experience with spetz for the pass year to now has been very good, excellent costumer service very good leads and the staff social friendly and very supportive

I signed up with Spetz a while ago and…

I signed up with Spetz a while ago and not knowing much about the company or how to use the app I have been inactive. I wanted to start using the app properly and receive jobs so I requested a call back from Jade my area manager.
Jade rang back within the hour which was great, she talked me through everything, how the calls work and the correct payment options for me narrowed down my work area and times to suit my lifestyle, everything was explained clearly and by the end of the call I was raring to go, can't wait to get my first calls and get started with Spetz.

Dodgy company be careful

I've been with Spetz for nearly a year everything was ok I would get a lead come through maybe once per month some were ok got some jobs from the service.

But what I didn't like about it was you have no control over what leads you get. Some would be for a rug clean that I would charge £10 for but it would cost me more than that in travel.

So I thought ok this is not for me and I wanted to close my account and this is where the problem starts.
First attempt to close the account manager just stay with us for a few months to see if we can help you get better leads, I thought no its just not working for me I would like to close, then he says if you give us a 5star review on trust pilot they would put some money on my account so I would get a couple of leads for free. I said to him so your bribing me to stay? he didn't close my account so I put my account into not available for the rest of the year.

I got another call about 2 months ago saying we noticed you have put your self on unavailable until the date. I told them I want to close the account and again they said we will keep it active for another six months things might get better.

As it stands my account is still open and they still haven't closed it.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE THIEVES

It has been a nightmare dealing with this company and I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY ITS A BIG SCAM WERE THEY ARE CHARGING YOU FOR SERVICES YOU HAVE NOT USED.
I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT WITH THEM AFTER I REALISED THE CHARGES I WAS GETTING AND THE COST OF THE LEADS WERE NOT PROPORTIONAL, THEY AGREED TO THIS AND I WAS TOLD THAT MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN CLOSED. HOWEVER AFTER 3 MONTHS MY ACCOUNT WAS REACTIVED WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND I WAS CHARGED FOR SERVICES THAT I DID NOT USE OR CONSENTED TO.
I SPOKE TO ANGELA WHO PROMISED THAT MY REQUEST HAD BEEN ACTIONED AND MY ACCOUNT CLOSED, THREE MONTHS LATER I STARTED GETTING CALLS AGAIN AND MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF THIER CALLS. AGAIN I CONTACTED THEM AND I WAS TOLD I WAS GETTING CHARGED FOR THE CALLS BEING PUT THROUGH TO ME EVEN IF I DID NOT ANSWER THEM NOR GIVEN MY CONSENT TO REACTIVE MY ACCOUNT.
I SPOKE TO DORIF AND KIMBERLEY WHO PROMISED THAT EVERYTHING HAD BEEN SORTED AND THAT THE CALLS WILL STOP AND I WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY FURTHER CHARGES TO MY SURPRISE I HAVE BILL £157 WHICH I AM BEING FORCED TO PAY AND THEY ARE THREATENING LEGAL ACTION IF I DO NOT PAY IT.

THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE AND FORCING THEM TO PAY WHEN THEY HAVE NOT USED THIER SERVICES DO NOT GIVE YOUR BANK DETAILS CAUSE ONCE THEY HAVE THEM THEY TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AS AND WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT.

100% Recommend customers and trade specialist!

As a trade specialist I can across spetz whilst on my social media.

Within 12 hours of me enquiring the night before I had already got an account manager and a phone call!

Each time I try to ring it says "line is busy to get a callback press 1" and each time my account manager jade has called me within 15/20 minutes.

I am still within my first 24 hours of spetz so still waiting on a service call. But so far so good.

Second round of harassment begins.......

In June 2022 Spetz called me repeatedly despite my effort to block them and instruct them that I did not wish to be contacted. I eventually received this reply to my previous review.
"Hi, again we are sorry for any inconvenience this caused as mentioned to you the message you received after the call was a small error from our side - our Business Centre Manager simply wanted to let you know, personally that we have taken action on your request. As you know you have been removed from our system and we wish you all the best.

Only 3 months later they are once again calling me and sending me SMS messages without any prompt from me or change in my situation. Apparently 'being removed from the system' doesn't mean what I thought it should.
