As with other reviews my item from Sphericalm did not get delivered and chasing them for an update I only ever got standard messages from the bot.
I sent them the shippers website info showing my item was received on 28th August. I chased Sphericalm for 5 weeks all I got was irrelevant messages from their auto system. I gave up after 6 weeks.
I got a refund via paypal.
Do not use Sphericalm as they just do not bother chasing up from their end.

I ordered bras 28.8.23 still not arrived tracking states in Lincoln from 24.9.23 only AI responses Do not trust this company. I've had around 12 same responses they will chase up and update me but do not they ask for my patience. I only give 1* rating as I cant give less. Do not waste your money as they are scammers.

I ordered 3 bras on 26th August and I'm still waiting for them to arrive. They were supposedly in London, AB45 2RW on 23 Sept but the postcode they quoted is in Aberdeenshire!! I've emailed the company 4 times but just keep getting AI bot responses that do not give any information, they just keep asking me to be patient. I paid by PayPal so I'm about to contact them for a refund.
DO NOT order from this company. They are scammers.

I paid out for bras on 1st September 2023. Still haven't received them! Apparently still in Belfast, where they have allegedly been since 29th September 2023. I have tried emailing and contacting this company, including the shipping company with no success. All I get is....wait patiently! Very unhappy and annoyed. Please do not buy from this company!
Something should be done about them.

This is a SCAM! Order does not arrive and you cannot chase as sends you in circles on fake website with fake tracking. SCUM. Thank goddess I paid through PayPal as they have refunded.

Saw advertised on Facebook. I ordered 3 bras on the 28th Aug 2023…they send you empty tracking emails, and your item will NEVER ARRIVE!!!

I order 4 bras from this company way back in August. It is now the 9th of October and I still have not received my order. They have been tracked to Cambridge for 2 of the bras and the other 2 are in Cardiff. Shame on them.

Ditto to all the reviews saying that they ordered and not got the goods - thought they were walking from Cambridge with my order but obviously not!

Ordered in August still no bras. Emailed but no response. Like others the tracker says on its way. Dont order from them they are a scam

Ordered bras beginning of August still not received them, apparently they're in Scotland where they've been for 3 weeks. Tried emailing but get no reply, something needs to be done about this company scamming people out of their money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Wished I had read the reviews before I ordered bras from this company who's customer service is so diabolical I have cut my losses now ordered August 24 god only knows where they are now DONOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEB SITE IT IS JUST A MASSIVE SCAM

I ordered 2 bras on 29th August and have still not received them. I see now that I'm not the only one! I've tried e mailing and reply states that my order is now in Oxford awaiting delivery. It's supposedly been there for a fortnight now!! Is there no way I can get an answer from theses people? I hate the idea that I've been scammed and will be reporting this to facebook.

SCAMMED
I ordered 2 bras from the company on 30th August, after following a facebook ad. No sign of bras. They sent them from US, and now, they say they are in Edinburgh 'in transit'. Their customer service is an AI bot that keeps updating me - the update is that the bras are in Edinburgh. I have been scammed and I'm so upset. Can't afford to lose that cash

Very bad still not got my order after 5 weeks no communication I’ve sen loads of emails and asked for a refund but nothing I hate conning people they are both worth the space they stand in

Ordered Bras from Sphericalm 5 weeks ago and they still have not arrived. Customer services response to my queries of the whereabouts of my order was by automated response giving no useful information. The tracking system stopped 2 weeks ago but customer service advised patience. Very unreliable site not recommended. Is it a SCAM.

SCAM,SCAM,SCAM. Customer service emails are automated and I suspect not even answered by a human. Item not delivered after 5 weeks. AVOID, AVOID,AVOID

I placed my order for two bras on august 30th 2023 and it’s still not delivered. Their customer service support is terrible and no one has responded to a single email requesting an update from them. It’s a total scam so AVOID AVOID AVOID

Eventually arrived 5 weeks after order, however, size bears absolutely no resemblance to the size ordered?
Tried to contact them but auto reply advises you to click on a link (few FAQ's) not able to communicate through the link.
Re-emailed again complaining and I did get an email reply asking me to send a copy of the waybill (the label I assume as there was no paperwork in the parcel?) They advised the products are not from their company!
