BLUE SALT FALSE ADVERTISING DO NOT BUY
The blue salt that is advertised is a lovely blue colour hence the reason it is called blue salt. However, what I received was WHITE salt with very few TINY specs of blue. I contacted Spice Mountain last week and sent them the pictures of the so called blue salt I received stating that what they were doing was false advertising and I requested a refund. I have not not responded. DO NOT buy this salt, do not waste your money
Happy customer
My first online order from Spice Mountain, it arrived within 5 working days and was nicely packaged.

I didnt want to give this company any stars in feb i made order and paid for it its now march still nothing ive emailed even phoned them 4 times and ive been ignored this company should be ashamed of themselfs .DO NOT SHOP with spice moutain im going london in april ill mite pop in shop do a face to face with them and get refund.
Wish I could give them five stars
This is a great website with a fantastic selection of spices and ingredients for cooking. I particularly liked that they had Mexican cookery ingredients.
There was no real communication once I placed my order. I sent an email asking about an estimated delivery date but didn't receive a reply and had to phone a few days later. The person on the phone was very nice and helpful. As soon as it was dispatched, which I did receive an email about, everything arrived a day later. I was very impressed to see they used a courier as there were Royal Mail strikes at the time.
I would definitely order from here again but you need to be aware that communication from the website is poor and you will need to chase by phone.
A long time to wait!
My spices have finally arrived after more than a month and some considerable anxiety. Customer service seems poor, as my emails were ignored, but it could be that it is a small team struggling with a mountain of orders. The spices look wonderful and I am so glad to have them at last.

I just wasted 2 hours of my life going to their shop in Westfield Stratford. I checked their website before i left, it confirmed the shop would be open. It isn't. It's closed down, they aren't trading there any longer despite their website saying they are.
If they can't be bothered to keep their website accurate and honest I can't be bothered to be their customer.

Won't be buying from here again the cinnamon I ordered was not even filled up it was half the packet.
Order never arrived
Order never arrived, no email, bank account charged. Waiting for reply from support
Update: My order arrived. They should really fix email updates for orders though.
Store better than online
The physical store is excellent. However, ordering from them online was a negative experience as I never recieved the goods. I was promised that the order would be resent, but it was cancelled instead. Corona chaos or not, it was not a pleasant customer experience.
Subpar Experience
Unfortunately I never had the opportunity to sample the spices so cannot leave a review of the products.
In terms of customer service however, they have failed spectacularly in my experience. My order, though showing tracked as delivered, was not received. They were completely unwilling to cooperate in sending a replacement order out to me.
I'll try elsewhere in the future.
Amazing Spices.
Just received our spices, so impressed, reasonable delivery during the lockdown, the packaging and quality is second to none!
Treat yourself, and be impressed!
Thank you.
