Order a spice that only they carry. 11/11/24 I received an email that order was received. No money ever came out of my account and still not showing it was sent! Tried to contact with no luck. I wouldn’t order from this place.
I placed an order 5 days ago, order status hasn't changed from "pending", no response to my email. Bad enough I paid double price for seasoning plus $9 shipping, total $28 or two 9oz bottles of dry seasoning. Requesting a refund, I should have read reviews prior to ordering. Customer service is horrible these days, sad.

Their prices are right on the market if not better. Customer service always answers the phone without a wait. The service is personal and could not be better or more friendly and their fulfillment has never failed me in a pinch. And, I depend on it for my American restaurant in Europe!

I should have know better just looking at their website. I placed an order in September 2022 and the transaction was processed January 2023 with no email communication. Not surprisingly I'm still waiting on a response as I do not wish to give them my money so many months after I have ordered a product. Shocking
