First time I ordered, I was one to suffer the delivery delays, but a quick friendly phone call soon explained everything and I got my product. I've recently ordered again and it arrived within a week. I love the Jalfrezi and bhuna packs. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Fast delivery the spices look very nice we purchased a 30 minute bhuna blend off to buy some chicken for tea tinight

We have just used our first order of Spicy Joes Kitchen Restaurant Style Tikka Blend spice and it was absolutely delicious and so authentic. We marinated chicken pieces in the spice blend then cooked them on the bbq- can highly recommend!

I originally marked these guys down as I was suffering from the long shipment times along with other customer. However, they did deliver my order along with a hand written note explaining the cause of the delay. This is a small family business and they have been overwhelmed with the popularity of their products connected with Al’s Kitchen. They are dealing with the back log and orders will hopefully return to normal soon. All I can say is well done guys and I hope your business flourishes. Despite the delays the products are superb and have made many budding chefs into curry superstars!

Ordered Al's kitchen spices on Saturday 4th May. Due to the bank holiday, I expected there would be a slight delay. Despatch time of 5-7 working days but I didn't hear anything until I emailed on day 8 advising they were despatched next day delivered. Didnt receive them until 4 days later which was frustrating, however when they did arrive, they had been sent next day delivery but with Evri.... And everyone knows the reliability of Evri, so it wasn't the fault of spicy joes. A little lacking in communication and quite slow delivery. Would I order again? I probably would give them another chance to improve on delivery and communication. However, very good quality spice mixes so worth the wait.

Fantastic spices, the flavour is amazing and with YouTube videos for you to follow making an a a curry is so easy.

I am a new customer and couldn't be more pleased. Ordering was easy and my spices arrived in two days. I will be making recipes following Al's Kitchen and some of the spices and blends aren't available in the supermarkets. I will now be buying all of my spices from Spicy Joe's. I'm one very happy customer.

I would recommend this company, I had made a mistake I work long hours and Nigel would text me after 11pm. Now that's dedication for a small family run business. All spices delivered promptly so 5 stars all the way.

Sadly a real bad experience. I ordered Als spices mix on the 14th April and now 7th of May it's still not arrived. Quick enough to take the money though. Non of my emails answered, but did get a generic email yesterday saying my item was being posted. Awful customer service. Don't expect your stuff quickly.
