I ordered a 6 month sock subscription. The product never arrived nor did I ever receive an email confirmation but they took my money out right away. I tried contacting the company through chat and email 3 different times and no one ever answered me. I created an account with their website when I ordered so I could track my order. There is no record or anyway to tract it on their account.
Company sent socks with holes in them (not directly their fault, shipping issue). Multiple attempts on both their website and responding to the emails that say you can reply with any inquiries yielding no response at all. I paid over $10 for unwearable socks.
This is the 2nd year I have given my daughter a Spiffy Socks subscription for her birthday and so far there has only been 1 design repeat!
Love every design of the spiffy socks I am sent, they are also very comfortable.
My son and son-in-law have both enjoyed their Spiffy Socks subscription. The socks arrive each month on time and the quality is amazing. The boys like the design variety and it’s a gift they can use.
My girlfriend bought me a six month subscription for my birthday back in January. I was shipped out my first pair around a month and a half ago but have yet to receive my second pair.
I reached out to customer service but haven't heard back at all....
Edit: I believe that these socks are supposed to ship out on the 22nd of every month. I received my first pair on February 7th and I should have gotten a notification about my second pair shipping out on February 22nd (but I did not). I am writing this on March 17th. I feel as though I just got skipped a month for no reason and no communication.

Your second pair will go out on the 22nd of this month (March), as the February box went out a few days after the order was placed. We don't ship more than a single box per month unless our members request us to do so. Hope this helps!
I love their design. Also their customer service is great. I think they need to improve UX design of their site. But nm guys, your sock are best.
These socks are pretty nice. My wife got me a subscription for my birthday, it was always a nice surprise to get them in the mail throughout the year. The socks are all comfortable, and the designs are funky and unusual.
spiffy socks are awesome I just love them I like all the cute different designs on them and when you wear them you dont have stinky feet these are the only socks that dont have odor there made out of bamboo I have been wearing them for along time no holes in the toe area

Spiffy socks arrive on time and always have fun patterns and colors. Feet are kept warm but not overly warm. Spiffy socks are the softest socks made.

The website is less user friend than I hoped. The subscription I purchased was a gift. I hoped to send more than just an eCard but that was all that was available. I wish the box came with a physical card for the gift recipient because I don’t trust them to check their email.
