The product is confusing when managing multiple mailboxes. It's a different approach over email but not the right one.
Also, I had to subscribe for one month to add more mailboxes, but the refund policy only covers annual billing, which was not clear in the subscribe section.

Hey why do you keep disengaging my account?!! My boyfriend uses this App, and to help me got me set up from New York. For the past two days, it's worked. Now but it doesn't? Why do you keep turning me off my account?

Have been a user for about six months and upgraded to paid version. Recently the android app has stopped working and I was asked by support to uninstall and reinstall to solve problem. I've done that three times and it just stops working every time.
I don't have time to sort out the problem so I've just stopped using the app.
Update - Liran contacted me and although the issue isn't yet resolved I do have confidence it will get better. Looking forward to getting back to all working soon....

Spike cannot download any new emails on Android 13. I reported it and worked with customer service for a whole week and they reset my account and it still didn't work, and then when I emailed again to tell them it didn't work, their support had lost all of our previous correspondence and said they had to start all over. And still Spike doesn't work on my Android 13. Very disappointing as a paying customer for the past 2 years. HORRIBLE support experience.

I downloaded Spike 15 years ago when it was a new app, free and for everyone, and we could add 2 emails. I am truly disappointed to say they changed it all recently to an email app for business and are charging everyone, regular users and business owner alike for the special features (including the ability to add a second email) It's truly awful not every user is a business owner and instead of making everyone pay for the special features (by the way this is what they told me) they should charge only for the special features, this way those of us who don't want or don't use the special features will not pay for them and they really should not charge for a second email as every mail app in the Google store or istore give the ability to freely register more than one email. Now I am stuck paying because I got so used to it over the years and I think no other mail app comes close to Spike but I am paying now for my second email and all the special features I will never use.

Spike is a beautiful application. I have used Outlook forever and have discovered that spike pulls together the key features, keeps it simple and clean. All this being done while being robust, modern, efficient, and a joy to use. I actually looked forward to opening it and using it. I can and will recommend it.

Though I’ve used Apple Mail, Spark, and Hey, Spike has become the best email client I’ve ever used.
The Spike user interface and Snooze feature helps me process emails quicker, and I always get to Inbox Zero by the end of the day. It's great to have both an Unread email panel so that I can quickly process emails without being distracted by recently processed emails.
I also use the pin and snooze email features as part of my task management process. These two features provide important reminders for email content I need to follow up on.
On the occasions that I have searched for emails, the Spike search feature hasn't failed me. It even recovers emails I archive. In addition, the template emails are also useful.
There are also other Spike features, like the Group emails and the audio emails I look forward to making use of.
I really appreciate the developers of Spark for creating this mail client. I look forward to its continued growth.

My company started using spike a year ago and everyone on the team feels like it’s has vastly improved our productivity.
It’s amazing to have everything in one place and not have to switch back and forth between a million apps! Highly recommend

Spike organizes email as advertised. With a single account and if you like chat-style organization, cool.
The problems start with multiple accounts. I tried with my personal one, my company one and one I use from a client of mine. The organization got very confusing when one person wrote to more than one of my accounts. It got worse when I wanted to write a new email to a person who wrote me at more than one account. It was an utter mess.
But the reason I give this such a bad review is that what they did not tell me was that they remove my branding - my signatures and replace them with their advert. This was not clearly stated anywhere - I discovered it when I wrote myself a test. I did eventually find in their pricing table that Free accounts don't get "custom signatures". I also found that to use MY branding I am expected to pay them $144.
I'm sorry - but I don't look kindly to a company altering the contents of MY MAIL in any way.
So I started looking for how to cancel my account. Nothing. I did find how to upgrade. I clicked a help link which lead to a chat button that did nothing except several minutes later sent me an email telling me the only Help offered was not available to me.
Summary: If you have a single email and you don't have or care about them reaching into your emails and altering the contents to include their adverts - this might be cool.
If you have an employer or client email that may care about their branding, or you have your own then they will extort $144 to "allow" you to keep your branding..

Makes managing my inboxes so much easier. I get through my emails faster and my Inbox is always tidy and easy to handle. I'm no longer overwhelmed with notifications. The integrated Notes and Tasks features add an extra layer of productivity to my day because I'm able to manage my tasks and my email from one place.

Spike is an amazing team communication platform.
It combines email, group chat, video calls, and notes - in one seamless app.
But best of all - it turns boring-old emails into a chat-like experience, which makes going through your inbox faster and more fun. Imagine using Slack - but inside your email, and with everyone you have to write to - not just team members, but clients and vendors too!
Our team just loves Spike!

Really good email app for iOS and Mac. I love the conversational approach so it feels like I am chatting on iMessage, but using email.

Before using Spike managing my inbox was a burden. I spent hours navigating through my inbox and emails would always get lost, this is why the conversational email was an ideal solution for me.
I almost entirely use spike for communicating with my team and keeping track of my work, and what I love about it is how much it minimized the need to jump from app to app!!
