They act illegally, not respecting rules
I first requested my account to be closed through live chat and later followed up via email, successfully obtaining its closure. However, two weeks later, without my approval, they reactivated my account, making it fully accessible again. On top of that, they resumed bombarding me with promotional emails and SMS without my permission. I contacted them again via email to shut down the account they had reopened, but my requests have been completely disregarded. This is outrageous—these casinos have zero respect for rules or ethics! I will expose this everywhere. Avoid them at all costs!

I am waiting a number of weeks to make a small withdrawal. The customer support are terrible giving generic answers that do not resolve the issue. I have supplied my credit card I lodged money from and accounts at 3 different banks to no avail. They even said they don’t pay out to Revolut accounts even though Revolut is given as one of the options at withdrawal. Beginning to think this is a total scam.
