Dont recomend unless you are prepared for manipulative promotions
One of those places that promises no deposit bonuses trough free spins. The catch is that once you have done the spins you have to deposit AND wager your deposited money before you even get access to the bonus money.
I did the stupid thing of depositing and started to wager and it didnt even register any wagering at all anyway. (And I did specifically go trough a list of games that was supposed to be for the bonus wagering) Needless to say I felt ripped off when the casino support was unable to help me in any way and instead told me that they could give me a deposit bonus code instead. I declined because that just felt like an extra attempt to squeeze another deposit out of me.
When I told them I wont be depositing again unless I recieve the no deposit bonus I was initially told I was gonna get, support got disinterested in going further with my case.
Response to spinbetter: I did so 7 months ago. You still have not given me an answer as to why me wagering did not count towards the wager to unlock the bonus and I dont care what your reason is because you are such a worthless company that you are only worth to be dunked on in reviews and nothing else you absolute amateurs.

I am extremely disappointed with the current withdrawal policy of this platform. Most reputable companies in this industry allow users to withdraw their funds after a standard 1x wagering of the deposited amount. However, this platform requires a 3x wagering requirement on the total deposit before a withdrawal can be processed.
This is highly unconventional and feels like an unfair tactic to prevent users from accessing their own money. It creates an unnecessary barrier and significantly reduces the user’s chances of keeping their winnings.
If other leading platforms can maintain a fair 1x wagering policy, there is no justifiable reason for this platform to impose such a heavy restriction. I strongly advise the management to revise this policy to meet industry standards. Until then, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone who values their money and transparency.
