This has happened and feel times now. I spin the wheel in my daily free spins and it lands in the red bonus slot for a chance at a million and then it bounces in the opposite direction out of control endlessly so I have to exit the game and when I re-enter it credits me a purple balloon. I have played this casino for almost a year now. I was hesitant to deposit as much I would have liked to because I thought the withdrawal process was going to be tedious and redundant. KYC requests upon withdrawal requests are aggravating at the best of times. I made some deposits, got a decent win, and withdrew with a small hiccup but aside from that, I went to their support, which I love because it’s 24 hours, got the problem resolved and got the withdrawal confirmation quite quickly. By far one of the worses casino I've ever played at . I played here years ago literally only won once then gave up , come back a couple weeks ago won like $200 , withdrew that but was 3days in and still sitting in pending , got tempted to reverse it , lost it just like that. This casino is a 100 percent a scam. I won 500 dollars and it was legit and they won’t let me withdrawal it. They want me to send a bank statement of my personal information, I sent them my personal id and everything in regards to that. This company is a scam and if you have a problem you can’t talk to someone in person it’s some chat talk.
