One of best platforms out there not only to mention daily bonus they offer but very good assorted games for everyone to enjoy right down to their customer service response fast and efficient.

This site will treat you great until you win big. Then they will call you a cheater and find a way to keep your winnings. Read the terms and conditions ~ it basically says that they can do whatever they want with your winnings and account.

This is their reason for stealing from me.

“ Following a review of your account, we can confirm that multiple withdrawal requests totaling $22,000.00 were submitted on 22 March 2026 and were subsequently reversed back to your gaming account on the same date. A routine internal review was then conducted, and based on the outcome of this review, Spin Casino made the decision to confiscate funds in the amount of $18,347.69, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions agreed to at the time of registration.”

After this ridiculous decision from Spin’s Customer Care Player Support Center
I submitted a complaint to Kahnawake Gaming commission.

This is the answer I received from their ADR dispute providers:

“After careful review and consideration, we cannot assist you any further as Spincasino.com’s actions are in line with the Terms and Condition you agreed upon when you created the account(s) and there will be no reinstatement of any funds – which EGIS-ADR supports.”

When I responded to this decision this is their response.

“EGIS-ADR declined further correspondence on May 14, 2026, marking the end of the ADR process.”

Even though in the first email from them outlining their terms and conditions it states as follows ~

“Both parties shall have the right to submit an appeal against this decision within seven days to the Commission”

The written decision from both parties could have been cut and pasted from each other.

Total Scam.

We will definitely publish your messages and your shady behavior on social media because this is not normal "Everything is in my name: my RIB, my bank statement, my passport, and even my game account where my confidential first and last name match. I sent you everything, and you still bring up other details. This is clearly a scam."

Their withdrawal time is too long…over 48 hours and didn’t get my withdraw so ended up playing the funds again. You all know how that works :) most casinos now have fast withdrawal but they still play this trick…winnings are low too. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Fraudulent casino. Took money out of my bank but it never got credited to my gaming account. Sent in banks statements and resched out to chat numerous times to no avail. Extremely difficult time getting my money back however really easy for them to take it. Also when I try to go on the website now it always says "OOPS" and a contact support displays. Scammers
