This thing packs a punch! The first time I used it on my upper back, it was almost too strong. But hey, no pain, no gain, right? My shoulders definitely felt looser afterwards. It has so much faster relief than traditional cupping with a hand pump. One mode even continuously suctions and releases throughout the entire treatment for a truly hands-free experience.

I have been using their back stretcher for about a month. My version is capable of 4 adjustable levels. I am mainly using it on the first level. Actually, I bought this product because of low back pain, but so far I am very satisfied. When I use this product, I feel very comfortable in my lower back. It's a little bit difficult to adjust, butI like it since it is of high quality. Strong and sturdy. I am 6'1" tall and weigh 240 pounds, and I am using this product without any problems. If you ask me, even a 250+ pound adult can use it without any problems. If anyone reading this opinion has a back pain, I highly recommend this product.
