Worst customer service ever

I deposited to the site and they claim to have lost it, I didn't even get to play before they scammed me!!!!
A few sites have had issues where it has taken a couple of hours and in one case nearly 10 hours before they honored my deposit but in all of those cases it was at least partially explained what the hold up was. The customer service at spinfred is literally the worst I've come across, they haven't answered one question directly and just keep giving me cut and pasted BS first saying it was a problem on my end and to check my account but have now moved onto telling me "they are with me by my side while the team does their utmost to solve my problem".
If they honour my deposit I will update this review but as it stands right now I almost didn't post this because they don't even deserve the 1 star, avoid this place.
