Booked a viewing with Spinners, absolutely loved the house and wanted to put an offer in. We called the office and there was no answer, called again still no answer so left a voicemail asking for a callback to place the offer. We never got a call back. Put an offer in via email and we have never got a response to the email, not even to say that the offer had been rejected. We kept trying to call the office for a few days after the viewing, the phone did not ring and went straight to voicemail, or would ring but go to voicemail. It’s been 2 weeks since the viewing and we still haven’t heard anything and the phone is still going to voicemail. The property we tried to put and offer in has been re listed since and has been re listed at a much higher price than what the previous sale fell through at. The sale fell through due to the lender valuing the property less than what was offered

What a genuinely lovely man who really does take special care of all involved. We have been blown away by his commitment and passion.
