Abhishek from social media team picked up the matter and followed up, with me, however the first and the last experience with SPINNY was not that great, i had to go through the hassles because one if their staff updated incorrect details and SPINNY did not keep up to the promise and commitment even after giving it in writing.
However Abhishek from Social media team did his job very well.
I had an issue with my purchased car from Spinny. I had multiple conversations and some false commitments made by the representative and even the customer support executive is also not willing to understand. After that Monika came into picture after an email sent to the spinny authorities. Monika gave me assurance for making things well and clear. She used her negotiation skills and we both agreed on some amount which is quite satisfactory. At the end every thing went well. Without Monika's understanding about the issues and concerns and her supporting attitude. It can take more time and frustration. She is pretty good in her job. I wish her a very good luck and just want to say thank you very much for helping me.

Giving 4 stars just because of pro active and accountable nature of Nishank who tried his best to help me with the issue of my car when no other person did. Employees like Nishank are rare to find for a firm and mark it spinny, he deserves a promotion. Additionally Spinny needs to improve a lot especially when it's customer service I would also take a moment to rate Mr Aditya Kaushik as well who did a wonderful job while handing over the car. Spinny management needs to understand the importance of hiring cream layer like Nishank and Aditya Kaushik.
