​I bought a second-hand Hyundai i20 from Spinny, and it has been an absolute nightmare. The car came with a long list of problems from day one. When I raised a complaint, their customer service completely fooled me.
​They promised to repair all the issues, so I trusted them and handed over my vehicle when they sent a driver to my home for pickup. That was my biggest mistake.
​Here is what Spinny actually did:
​Stole my fuel: They literally drained and stole 20 liters of petrol from my car while it was in their possession.
​Zero repairs done: My car sat parked carelessly in their workshop for 10 whole days without anyone lifting a finger.
​Complete waste of time: When I finally went to the workshop myself to retrieve my car, I found out they hadn't done a single bit of work on it.
​Spinny's promises of "certified quality" and "hassle-free service" are a complete scam. They take your money, deliver a faulty car, steal your fuel, and waste your time. Save your hard-earned money and avoid this fraudulent company at all costs!

Spinny took accountability of the issue and resolved the issue under warranty. Although they took more time than anticipated , they were pretty good in communication and status updates.

Though there was one issue, but social media team of spinny resolved it promptly.

I purchased a Hyundai Grand i10 Sportz (2016 Model, UP24 registration number) through Spinny. However, it has been more than 20 months and the vehicle ownership has still not been transferred to my name.
As per my understanding, there is also a dispute between Spinny and the first owner regarding the vehicle transfer process, due to which I am facing continuous inconvenience and financial risk. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received a satisfactory resolution from the company.
Due to the prolonged delay and lack of support, I have been compelled to serve a legal notice and initiate legal action against both Spinny and the first owner to protect my rights.
Based on my experience, I would advise buyers and sellers to thoroughly verify all ownership and transfer-related documents before dealing with this company. I hope the matter is resolved at the earliest through the appropriate legal process.

I trusted Spinny because of the reviews and promises, but after buying the car my experience became very disappointing. From day one there were issues with the staff — they changed their words and later asked for proof of what was promised. Within one week, problems with the car started appearing.

Whenever I raised complaints, they simply said it was “not covered under warranty.” I already paid ₹1.5lakh extra comparing to outside sales offer trusting Spinny. instead of buying outside, and still had to spend another ₹60,000 on repairs. Now after just 2 months, suspension problems and other issues are forcing me to visit the garage again and again.

Buying a car is a dream for many people, so please don’t blindly trust reviews like I did. Before buying, get the car checked properly with your own mechanic, no matter how much they rush or manipulate the process. I feel very unhappy and cheated after this experience.
