While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

SCAM ‼️ Absolute fraud run by a criminal…

SCAM ‼️ Absolute fraud run by a criminal gang that clones sites daily. Using multiple domains to try and avoid getting shut down. Spindcastle26, spinscastle39 etc etc etc. They blast 4–5 spam SMS a day with lies like “£50,000 reserved for you”, “bonus ready”, “you’ve been registered and we added real money” — none of it true. You never signed up, winnings are never paid, and disturbingly they sometimes expose other victims’ phone numbers in the same message. Police (Action Fraud) already notified.
If you’re getting these messages, forward every single one to 7726 (takes 1 second) so networks can block them. Never touch sites with no real Trustpilot history. I fight back with reports every day because these thieves are robbing ordinary people. Help shut them down — report and warn others!

SCAMMERS / MULTIPLE SITES!

Scammers is a word used constantly on casino site reviews, but these genuinely are. They lie on their live chat in regards to deposit methods, they lie about their withdraws, they lie about your data.

I completely deactivated my account, yet I am getting constant marketing spam even though my account no lnoger exists. Why are you contacting me, when the preferences were set to NONE and then the account was removed?

Literally proves that they are liars and hold your data. I have spoken on live chat several times with LUCAS, CHLOE, DAN and others. All documented and ready to submit a formal report against this company. No money lost, a massive lesson gained. I have evidence against my claims, all screenshotted, recorded and on a document to submit.

Do not contact ANY email addresses if provided by their "support" as they DONT exist! Also, when you ask how long it will take their response is always "we cannot answer or provide internal information." Never heard of that ever. They are manipulative liars, take your hard earned money elsewhere.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.
