Disappointing Experience for Spinshot Plus 2 High Spin Model
I received as a present in 2019 the Spinshot Plus 2 High Spin Model and unfortunately, I must express my profound disappointment with the level of customer support provided by the company. Despite multiple attempts to contact them for the latest firmware and instructions on how to update my machine, their response has been nothing short of frustrating.
Another concerning problems I've encountered with the Spinshot Plus 2 High Spin Model is its consistent crashing and unresponsiveness. On multiple occasions, the machine's screen has gone completely black, rendering it unusable. Resolving this issue requires multiple restarts, which is not only time-consuming but also highly frustrating.
Given the premium price was paid for this product, I expected a level of reliability and stability that would align with its reputation as the top version and latest offering from Spinshot. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. The frequent crashes and black screen issue have severely impacted my ability to use the machine effectively, disrupting my training sessions and hampering my overall experience.
Each time I reached out, the customer support team dismissively claimed that my machine is an old model and therefore not supported. However, let me be clear that my Spinshot Plus 2 High Spin model, which was bought in 2019, is still the top version and the latest product developed by them. To label my product as old and unsupported is not only incorrect but also outrageous.
On multiple occasions, I sought assistance for various inquiries, but I received no helpful responses. It appears that once the product is out of warranty (which is a mere two years), they offer zero support or assistance.
