Excellent service. Had a small query when not applying my 10% discount code, it was dealt with very quickly and resolved so efficiently. My order was received the following day and packaged very nicely. My only very small negative was as the crystals were a presents there maybe should have been a description and name of each Crystal. All in all a fantastic experience and I will most certainly be ordering again and won’t hesitate to recommend Spiral Crystals.

It would have been really helpful to have had a slip of paper in with the name and properties of each crystal, as they were gifts and it took me ages to go back and find info and then didn't manage to print it out small enough...hence...only 4stars, but thank you

Postage was super quick and safely packaged, environmentally friendly materials used is a bonus too. Ordered a crystal egg as a gift for a friend but the crystal itself is so beautiful and clearly a great quality one so will definitely be getting something for myself in the future!

Excellent service and crystals
The crystals were a very good size. They were safely packaged in recyclable materials and arrived 3 days after placing the ordered. Communications where extremely good too.
