I just used the app for 2 days and I am quite satisfied. Especially the first Kundalini lesson had an immediate effect on me. The High Vibrations first lessons are also good. I have done a lot of courses in Mindvalley and I am familiar, there is still some new interesting stuff. I am glad I got Spirio, thank you! Keep up the good work. Namaste!

I forgot to cancel my trial offer which I never used. I was charged $89.99 for full subscription. I only have Social Security as my income, and it’s limited. The charge took my grocery money. Ryan helped me by seeing and understanding my situation. He cancelled my subscription and issues me a full refund. I can’t thank him enough for his understanding and his assistance in helping me with a refund. He was a great help, quick to respond, and so very nice. I commend him for his assistance.

I've recently experienced some physical aches. They haven't stopped, but they have lessened. Don't want to be fooling myself, but it appears I am feeling an energy flow after doing the exercises. I think what the company is doing well is the presentation of the process. It appears to be working for me.

While it's all new to me... I'm going through a rough time and even doing the exercises for just 1 week... it seems like I'm calmer already.

The music track was not compatible with my brain. And I needed to cancel within the first ten days.
The website made it very easy to do that. And I was credited immediately a refund of my very first intro offer. Not just canceling future payments.
She was really nice about it and responded within ten minutes!

I tried the app and didn't find it as the right fit for me. I had also purchased an add-on by mistake. I contacted them and they refunded the charges fully.

My opinion is nothing to do with what the business is about, it's about how the business is handled.
I was not made aware of continuous monthly payments. I've got a big surprise when I've seen my bank account and PayPal advised for such. Not only that but the amount has been increased by 3fold, which I have not seen with any other company. That should be illegal if not already. Not at any point I've been advised of any payment coming up, let alone the increase. The only positive is that my last payment was refunded to PayPal. Haven't got it in my bank yet but looks promising.
