I was offered a deposit match bonus when I first logged in but forgot the code. Spoke to customer support and they gave me the code LOYAL100. I used that to deposit and I never received my bonus. Spoke to customer support again and they told me im intelligible for the code. Sent them screenshots times and everything and after escalating the case they said sorry we cant give you your bonus but have 25 free spins at 20c each instead. Absolute joke of a site!

If I can give this casino a no star at all I would or even negative. They always defer when u withdraw from them and they will find a lope hole for them to forfeit your winnings. They will shower you a bonus and expecting for you to read their lengthy terms. Unfortunately they forfeited $3500 and $15,000 of winnings because you are not allowed to buy a bonus when you are wagering their shitty bonus. Stay away from this casino at all cost. their customer service is very poor. I am a VIP and you will get a response in a week via email. Their chat support will just give a generic answer copy/paste answer.

The general server speed of the slots impressed me initially, as I don't like alternating speeds of a slots reels when playing.
