I can highly recommend Spiritfilled. I was recommended this company and it ticked all the boxes. I'm really cautious when dealing with companies over the telephone and having to transact at arms length. However John Alexander was great. He has a vast knowledge in this field and guided us easily through the process. The was no pressure or hard sell and contact was always at agreed times. Really happy with the experience and very happy to own our first barrel of whiskey!

Being completely new to buying whisky, I needed quite a lot of information about the types of barrels, sizes, what was a good buy etc. My dealings were with Jonathan and he took the time to explain all this to me, several times as my memory isn't great! Nothing was too much trouble and he has kept in touch to make sure I was happy and everything was OK. I would have no hesitation in recommending Spiritfilled if you're thinking of buying whisky.

Spiritfilled was efficient and helpful. They were very responsive to queries but also held back for several months when I asked them to give me time. They were true to their word and contacted when I asked and did not give up on me. Post sales follow up has also been supportive without being excessive
