Same thing happened to me

Same thing happened to me as noted by others. Label created, never picked up by UPS, even though I received an email stating my order had shipped. I never received my order, which I placed two months ago. No responses to emails outside of first one. Very disappointed.

Beware

I ordered 3 bottles, but only received 1. AND, the one I received was a brand inferior to the one I actually ordered. I reached out to customer service via email. I was told he would need until Monday to research. I heard nothing on Monday. I followed up on Tuesday and still no response. 2 weeks later, the site has been taken down. Luckily, I used my credit card, so my bank issued a credit.

Disgusted…

This is my second time I ordered from spirits reserve first time I received 40% of my order this time I received 40% of the order as well I had to wait a week for my refund you can't call no human you can't speak to no one you're treated like you're doing them a favor I received 40% of my order this time and got the runaround about my refund and played stupid when they know the weight wasn't there had to upload photos of the box photos of the alcohol I did receive what kind of company does this obviously reviews don't lie I will not be doing business with a company that's advertising things they don't have horrible customer service do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere like I will be doing not even an apology from the company disgraceful

Placed an order on 2/16/24

Placed an order on 2/16/24. After four weeks and nothing except a label being created on the UPS site, I requested a refund. Finally got a response after several tries and was told one of my products was finally coming in and to wait a week. After that week I again requested a refund and was told I have to wait another week because the order had been filled and could not be cancelled. Finally was able to cancel the order on 3/21/2024.Package was never even picked up by UPS. Total scam.

Great Experience

I was a bit scared, because I read the reviews AFTER I ordered. Most reviews weren't favorable. I thought I was going to be upset, too. But EVERYTHING went great. Only mishap was an extra bottle of one thing and one less bottle of another. Bryan, refunded me immediately. I even offered to send the extra bottle back in exchange for the one I was missing, but he and his superior told me to keep it. Mishaps can happen (we're all human) They fixed the problem to my liking and I WILL be ordering from them again

Issue Resolved

My order did not ship for 12 days after Label created (2/27/24), but not given to shipper until 3/7/24. My order was one bottle short, another was the wrong item. The phone # is a recording that always says they cannot answer now but to call back during business hours, no matter when you call. I have received email responses after a day or two when I made inquiries before ordering, but still waiting to hear back after messaging about my missing/incorrect items.
Update 3/12/24. Contacted by email. Rep requested photos of items received and the shipping box in order to process "claim", with insurance? He, Bryan, says he will personally resolve this situation. Stay tuned.
Update 3/13/24. I received an email from Bryan this morning, thanking me for sending the pics, and requesting 3-5 days to process. Will either ship replacement items or refund purchase price. Fingers crossed! 👉
Update 3/19/2023. This morning I received email confirmation of a refund of $44.98 for the missing bottle and the wrong item sent to me. The refund is supposed to take a couple of days to process. I will make one more posting once I receive the refund, or if I don't, I will be sure to let you know. Since I did not have to return the wrong bottle, I won't make a stink about the price difference of about $10 of the actual cost of the two items in question. All in all, I am pleased with the results, and would order from Spirits Reserve again (of course, assuming my refund is actually received).
Final Update 3/20/2023. My refund is being processed! To sum up my experience: yes, it was disappointing to have problems with my order, but that seems to be the standard these days. I was very pleased that the issue was corrected in a timely manner. Not being able to reach the seller by phone was a cause for anxiety, but email communication was not a problem. I am sure that I will place another order with Spirits Reserve again in the future. Big Thank You to Bryan.

They have held two orders until I ask…

They have held two orders until I ask why they haven't shipped. Now they shorted my order of Effin Cucumber Vodka...sent as a gift...and they want the recipient to provide a photo of the box and delivery to review. Check the weight of the weigh bill and do the math. Gift recipients don't say the box was short unless asked did you get all 3 bottles... really sad...if fact as a 30 year marketing guy...I will post this on every site I can find. Tim Jackson. Really disappointed in Spirt Reserve.

TOTAL SCAM!!

TOTAL SCAM!!! I made an online purchase and received an order confirmation and a UPS tracking label to make things look legit. Days passed, and no package arrived; I called, and the recording tells you they are behind 3-5 days (more lies). TOTAL BU__ SH__ COMPANY!!!!

Total fraud

Total fraud! Do not purchase anything from them.

I recently purchased a product from this merchant and the incorrect product arrived. The product was a bottle of rum. I contacted the merchant to explain the issue, as well as request an exchange or refund and I was refused this request. The merchant said that not all products listed on their website is what the customer will receive. This is fraud. Also, they allow delivery to people in California without age verification. This is illegal.

Total waste of time and money

Total waste of time and money. I placed an order for a christmas present, and they cancelled the order after it being delayed due to what they claim was a "broken bottle at their warehouse and now they have run out of stock". Then I saw the same product on their website for $100 more! They just didnt want to honour the price they gave me. Telephone lines also dont work. I dont recommend them at all, deal with someone more reputable.

Sent Wrong Item. Refused Return!

I ordered 2 bottles of a very specific rum on their website. What arrived was a totally different proof bottle. They claimed it was the new version and refused a return. Even the distillery confirmed it was a totally different, inferior bottle. Avoid at all costs! Also, they will not answer the phone ever. Sketchy and totally dishonest company.

Nothing more than A SCAM company!

I ordered a bottle of Laphroaig 10 year cask strength. I received a label created notice from them that day. A week later my order still had not been shipped.
When I tried calling them, I got a recording saying no one was available. On the online chat, I got a long message blaming a "second party" carrier.
I looked up their address on Google maps and it showed a UPS store!
Subsequently, I disputed the charge with my CC company and to date (2 weeks) still no order or contact from them.
MY RECOMMENDATION IS DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Poor customer service

I ordered six bottles of whiskey. To their credit, someone reached out to me because two were not in stock, and they were trying to find them, so they shipped four bottles to me. After 60 days, I asked for a $300 refund for the unfilled part of my order. They never replied to multiple emails. They have a website chat, which promises to return my inquiries. No reply.
Thankfully, I had the phone number from when they called about my order and was able to get the $300 refunded. If I did not have that number, I'd still be out. I cannot recommend them.
