Fast and easy shipping. Fast and easy product. I wanted a quick hair tie to keep my hair out of my face while I work. These get the job done without having to do multiple loops. Holds my hair way better than the common hair ties that I borrow from my wife. The dangly bits are a fun piece of flair.

I ordered shampoo, conditioner, and a box. I did not receive the conditioner and I called no one because I could not find a phone number to call. I was on an online chat and I was told at the customer service agents that could help me with this we’re not available and to leave my email and they will get back to me via email. At this point if I don’t hear back by Monday I’m calling my credit card company which is something I don’t like to do. I did use the shampoo and stored it in the box and I’m very happy with those two products. I have color treated hair and really need conditioner so I’m very disappointed not to of received that.
