Holiday cancelled so wanted a treat and quick pick you up. Fantastic service. Ordered PM on the Thursday and delivered 9am Friday morning as promised, just in time for a heat wave! Easy to track the delivery via link sent by text. Not the cheapest but great customer service.

Went so far out of their remit to help this purchase. All queries were answered quickly and the purchase was made. Pool delivered next day. Excellent service, can't recommend highly enough. Top marks

We are delighted with the service from Splashfun - we’ve been unable to source a reasonably priced hot tub in Northern Ireland until now. The spa arrived within 4 working days of placing the order.

Excellent pre sales conversation with Andrew that explained all details about several models without influencing our decision but rather understanding our motivation and requirements . We got the Hawaii model and so far so good. It came in 2 days just in time for my wife’s birthday.

My tub arrived in 3 days. Great communication throughout. We set the tub up and had a problem with it. I emailed Splash well after office hours and got an immediate response. 2 messages later the issue was resolved. Completely my error in setting up the tub but everything (so far) seems to be good. I would not hesitate in recommending Splashfun. Excellent customer service. My only criticism of them is they don’t advertise their company anywhere near enough.

Certainly not the cheapest, but absolutely excellent service and free next day delivery from
UPS. Ordered at 1600, delivered 1000 next day. Andrew was really helpful and knowledgable. Would definitely use again
