Worst experience ever let down on morning of event and tried to blackmail me to get my refund back as I left a bad review now updated his t&c to a non refundable deposit which is illegal stay away from these CON ARTISTS WHO LET U DOWN as my bank in process of investigating them for fraud so would think careful before u book them

Great company really helped me a lot as i had to find a bouncy castle at the last minute.

Top notch experience from booking to delivery. Booked bouncy castles a few times over the years n the weans love them every time.

The fact their mascot was missing hands, so couldn't high five or wave at the kids (and what else can they actually do?!) was bad enough, but their customer service is poor and sad to say very unprofessional.
I called to complain about the above, and say I was not willing to pay full price after such an error, but they seemed entirely uninterested, just gave excuses and offered a fiver. Out of £190! I then posted a feedback detailing my experience, to which they responded in a very immature manner and made up a story about our phone call in an attempt to make me look bad (saying I hung up on their advisor mid conversation as if I'm some mad, irrate customer, but I simply said their offer was not good enough, to be told there was nothing else they could do. I repeated it wasn't good enough, adding I guess we'll leave it at that, then ended the call. Not what you could describe as mid conversation.
And just to add, they were aware we had the hall 30 mins before and 30 mins after the party times, but after 45 minutes of waiting, their driver didn't show to collect the castle so we had no choice but to leave. Thankfully it was a late afternoon slot so no one else was waiting to use the hall, but the caretaker was not happy.
Such a disspointment to deal with, and alot of money for a poorly organised company who could ruin your party, then make it worse by not taking responsibility.

Smelly & Dirty Bouncy Castle
Hired the balloon Bouncy Castle and ball pit for my daughters 2nd birthday party. Booking was great and great help from Siobhan.
Ball pit was fine although a bit small could only get three small children in at once.
Bouncy castle was very smelly and very dirty.
The smell was so bad we had to turn it off.
Definitely not worth the money paid. Will not be using this company again.

hierd poppy and branch for our 4 yr old grandaughters party the mascots were amazing had the the full weekend and thay were loved by all gr8 value for money and no hastle with receving handing back and getting deposit back highly recomended

I have had splash inflatables bouncy castles for both my kids birthdays over the past few years and they are a fantastic company!!! Bouncy castles are brill and they are very accommodating!!!! Wouldn't use anyone else now 😁

I have used this company on several occasions over the last few years - for various kids birthday parties - bouncy castles - football goals - disco dome - every time they were prompt in arriving - they were more than willing to spend time setting up equipment as required.. and they come back when expected for uplift..

Genuinely couldn't recommend them enough - wouldn't go by them..

I searched around the local area and their prices where the best too..

Ive always used splash inflatables, year after year they never let me down and always deliver no matter wot the occasion, top class castles and slides and staff have always been helpful and deliver on time always a great
deal to be had from them👌👍
