Poor and misleading return policy
On their return policy, they first say their products are returnable in 30 days, which most people look at. Then at the bottom of the page, they sketch out many exclusions, which most people would ignore. This is misleading, untill after you make the order and they reject your returns.

Hey, thanks for reaching out! We're sorry that you had issues with our return policy.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue returns of custom mixed products, including Farrow & Ball, Little Greene and Paint & Paper Library. We mix those products to order, and once mixed, they can't be returned.
Our return policy is clear about that. The policy is written in short paragraphs with titles, so that you can skim it and read the parts that interest you. There are 5 paragraphs in total, of which the 3rd (hence definitely not at the bottom) is called 'Which products can I return?'. We are definitely not trying to mislead our customers – our aim is to have happy and satisfied customers.

Great Service
Purchased some Farrow & Ball paint from Splat. It arrived really quickly, very well packaged to avoid accidental spillage. The price was extremely competitive compared to other online sellers. The colour I wanted wasn’t available to buy over the counter anywhere near me and to order from DIY companies almost doubled the price! So I was very pleased to discover Splat.

This is an outstanding company
This is an outstanding company. I wanted some farrow and ball paint that had been archived. I needed it in a hurry. My local farrow and ball shop said that it would take at least 5 days to get the paint and that no one else would stock it because it was archived. I stumbled across Splat. They held the paint in stock. I rang them on Friday and they said it could be delivered by Monday. I explained my dilemma and they pulled out the stops. The paint was with me by 11.30am next day on a saturday. And Splat are cheaper than my local stores too! This is exceptional service and Splat will go far as a company with such obvious commitment to customer service. I will use them for all my paint needs now. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff.
