Everything was going fine…until they started scare tactics to manipulate us into buying a $1000 plug-in for ADA compliance. They were falsifying documents and reports, claiming they were from the DOJ who was going to blacklist our website. (FYI—The DOJ contacts the website owner, NOT the web developers. These scammers couldn’t provide a complaint or case number!) Then they installed a popup without our authorization, flagging users that the site is not ADA compliant. We have since filed reports with the DOJ, the FTC and the department of commerce with our state. Scammers!!

I contacted Splendid Design Studios and requested a logo design which they completed. Since getting the designs they have tried to coerce me into their legal services for copyrighting the logos, and tell you one price, which is reasonable, then call back later stating that there are now new costs and fees to get everything completed. I specifically asked them numerous times if there were other fees or costs for the service down the line. The answer was always no, until they call you next with the new cost to "finish" the process. They tried to charge me $150 to mail my copyright forms to my house which is in the same state. It's an absolute scam. You can handle all of this on your own via the state copyright office for a fraction of the cost and little to no time.

“Warning Scam Alert”
Do not trust this company. They will bait and switch you in your contracts. I was originally presented with a contract that had a 100% money back guarantee and it also said that I would own my code. I then received a contract with fine print that directly contradicted both of these terms. They never returned my money when I asked for it and I had to report them as fraud to my bank. Which was the right thing to do because this company is a complete scam. My next step is with the better business bureau and legal.

Luckily I did not sign it. They do not know what they are doing and don’t finish work on time. Save yourself a mountain of trouble and don’t work with this company.

These guys are a bunch of scammers - they will call your phone a million times till you pick up and when you do they will sell you website/logo services that are mediocre. They removed my project from the internet (as unfinished as it was) because I wrote an honest review, and now I'm trying to retrieve the money back from my bank and can't because they have so many different business names. Their money back guarantee is a joke.

The mobile application that the Splendid Design Studios team created was great for my business and delivered exactly what I had hoped for. I'm going to tell everyone I know about their services!
