While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Written by the company

The secure way for recruiters to collaborate and get paid! Split Fee is a recruitment marketplace that connects agencies to share candidates and vacancies — so the right people find the right roles, faster. Recruitment agencies often have strong candidates but no suitable vacancy, or an urgent role to fill but no one on their books who fits. Split Fee solves this by creating a secure, neutral platform where agencies can post anonymised candidate profiles and open vacancies. Our intelligent matching algorithm evaluates skills, seniority, salary expectations, location, and commute preferences to automatically surface high-quality matches. When both agencies accept a match, candidate and vacancy details are revealed, and the placement process begins. The fee is split fairly: each agency receives 45% of the placement fee, with Split Fee taking a transparent 10% platform fee. There are no hidden charges, no upfront costs, and no lock-in contracts. The platform is purpose-built for the UK recruitment market. Every agency is verified through Companies House, and all billing — including VAT-compliant invoicing — is handled automatically. Agencies can track matches, manage placements, and monitor billing from a single dashboard, with real-time notifications keeping everyone informed at every stage. Split Fee exists because collaboration between agencies should be simple, transparent, and rewarding. Instead of competing for the same talent pool, agencies can collaborate to make more placements and deliver better outcomes for candidates and hiring companies alike.
