Have only been using for a week so can't really give a,full report but so far..Good...

My 1st order came within a week of ordering.
I have been taking them now for about a month.
The 1st few nights of taking them, I found I had acid reflux when I lay down.
So I only took one and changed the time of taking them.
I found that better. Then after a few weeks I increased it to the 2.
Since then I have found that I have slept better.
The pain hasn’t subsided much and the brain fog is still a bit of a problem.
I was taking a different type of magnesium supplement before and found that they worked fairly well.
So when I seen these that were specific for my condition, I wanted to try them.
I have just received another 3 months worth so I will see how they go.
As I know not every thing will work immediately and you have to give things a chance to work.

They don't seem to make much difference to my sleep, because I have a lot of trouble sleeping anyway. It's really hard to tell. I think it might help somewhat.

Both my husband and I are sleeping better.

I got to sleep through the 3am wake up! It’s such a relief that I actually sleep for 5 hours with a toilet break. I’m only on it for 2 weeks now so hopefully it stays good.

I’m a male. Not a woman. I’m sleeping longer than before where I was waking up every night at 2:30-3:30 am. I’m taking the gummies less than a week, so I hope these gummies are the reason for the good news. I will continue to take the medication if the good news continues.

Love the flavor easy on the stomach,I am just beginning to experience better sleep it's only been 2 weeks since I started taking it ,less leg cramping so I am very pleased

I have had difficulty falling asleep as long as I can remember. I’ve tried so many things. This product is the only one that has helped me fall asleep.

The effects of the gummies were almost immediate for me (within a week’s time). I stay asleep and that’s what I wanted. If I do wake up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night I am able to fall back asleep. The taste is really delicious, too. I will be a returning customer, for sure.

I have been taking the gummies for a few nights now. Although I am not getting to sleep quicker, I have noticed I am more calm and still, than I was before.

I want my subscription cancelled immediately. I experienced terrible stomach pain. Took it B4 bed for 4 nights. I can't use this product. I tried it with a snack and on empty stomach.Please advise

How in the world could anyone give this company 4.5 stars. It's a horrible company. You order and they take your money. Then when you ask "Where is my order", they give you some excuse. I can't be the only one angry by this company

I have been using this product for over one year now. It is one that I will continue to use.. It definitely helps with sleep. It relaxes me so I can sleep... OH, AND DID I SAY THEY TASTE GREAT TOO❣️
