The SPNutrition Magnesium Bisglycinate Gummies really work. I used to take magnesium bisglycinate capsules before bed but I’ve found the effectiveness of the gummies is much greater. Plus I buy the raspberry flavour and enjoy the taste. The only minor criticism I have is that the product takes a while to ship (in these days of order one day and get a delivery the following). If delivery was faster this would be the perfect product !!

Quick delivery and my sleep has improved greatly

Since taking my Magnesium gummies by SP Nutrition, my sleep has improved but I think it's early days yet, and will see how I go! I am still waking during the night, and I still have leg cramps but not as severely as previously, so that's good!

I have been struggling for many years with restless legs, I’ve taken magnesium which helps now and then but since taking the gummies even from the first night I slept all night. Highly recommend anyone to try these just amazing Thankyou.

First of all, I am NOT a woman. But if this helps women, that's great. Men get these cramps, also. I am taking a diruetic, and that seems to aggravate it.

Have only been using these gummies for a few days, but from the first day noticeable difference in sleep quality and muscle soreness / cramps at night - I am hoping this continues. I feel calmer as well.

Better night sleep with switching from another similar product, love not having to swallow pills

Since I received my order about 4 days ago, haven't had much reaction yet. However, since you keep mentioning the product is for women, I'm hoping I don't get an estrogen rush. I'm certain that Slavcho wrote that greeting to me but didn't realize William is a guy's name! What's up with that {in my brutal honesty tone}

I haven’t slept properly for years and I saw these advertised on Facebook I have tried other magnesium but they had upset my stomach I prefer these gummies I am on to my second packet and I am sleeping most of the night even getting deep sleep which I was getting only about 18 min I now get at least 1 and a half hrs of deep and at least 6 hrs of light which is amazing so thank u The delivery was a wee bit longer but was worth the wait

I ve only been using for a few nights as the delivery took so long, but I think I’m sleeping much better so that’s good!

I'm sleeping better and not going to the toilet as much to urinate during the early hours of the night.

Have only just started taking the gummies, so early days for me at present. Sleep has been better since starting, although hopefully better results to come.

They are working great. No grogginess in the morning. Sleeping through the night. No stomach upset or anything adverse. They taste great.

It’s still early days but I do seem to be getting better sleep of late. I hope it continues to improve.

So far, 1 week of taking 2 every night, I am still waking at 2 with RLS. I have to get up and take a hot bath. I just don't see any difference

So far, so good. Better sleeps. I've had to scale back to one a day though because it caused diarrhea. I love the flavoured gummies that are easy to chew and swallow. I received my two packages on time, and both packages were well packed. I'd recommend this product.

3 stars at the moment as not had long enough to make an informed comment as only been taking then a few days as they took a long time to get here !! I’m still waking up between 3&4 am and unable to get back to sleep my apple tracker is giving me between 4 -6 hours a night sleep randomly so time will tell I will update going forward !! They are nice to take but at the moment that’s all I’ve got
