Your response is unacceptable.

Your response is unacceptable.

I never operated a Shopify store, never added products, never actively used your platform, and never knowingly agreed to ongoing recurring payments in the way they were processed.

A free trial silently continuing into months of recurring charges without actual platform use is, at minimum, a highly misleading subscription practice. I have since discovered that many other users report the same experience online.

I also note inconsistencies in your explanation regarding the billing timeline and account information provided.

At this stage, I formally dispute these charges and reject the idea that simply referring to your internal “no refund policy” resolves the matter.

I am now escalating this further through:

* my payment provider,
* consumer protection authorities,
* and formal consumer complaint channels within the EU.

Please treat this as a formal escalation request and provide a final response from a senior billing or compliance representative.

I expect written confirmation that:

* the subscription remains permanently cancelled,
* no further charges will occur,
* and this complaint has been escalated for review.

Regards,
Lilian

DECEPTIVE PRACTICES: Data Hostage and Predatory Billing Cycles! (STAY AWAY)

I am writing this to warn every single entrepreneur and dropshipper: DO NOT give your credit card information to Spocket. This company operates on predatory logic and uses 'Dark Patterns' to trick users into unauthorized charges.
1. THE 'PAUSE' TRAP (DECEPTIVE UX):
When I attempted to cancel my trial before the deadline, the platform intentionally obscured the 'Cancel' option and funneled me toward a 'Pause' button. This is a classic deceptive interface design meant to mislead the consumer into thinking the subscription is halted, only to hit them with a massive $99.99 charge later. It is a deliberate trap.
2. DATA HOSTAGE (NO OPTION TO REMOVE CARD):
This is the most alarming part: Spocket DOES NOT allow you to delete or remove your registered credit card. There is literally no button to wipe your financial data. They hold your payment information hostage to ensure they can process charges even after you’ve expressed your intent to leave. This is a blatant violation of international data privacy and consumer protection standards.
3. REFUSAL TO REFUND & ADMISSION OF GUILT:
Despite my immediate contact and the fact that I have NOT used the service for a single second after the charge, they refused a full refund. In a pathetic attempt to silence me, they offered a 50% partial refund. This offer is a clear admission that the charge is illegitimate, yet they choose to keep 50% of my money for a service I never wanted and never used.
4. AVOID AT ALL COSTS:
A professional company does not need to hide its cancellation button or lock credit card data to keep customers. Only companies with a failing product and zero ethics resort to these 'scam-like' tactics. I have already initiated a formal chargeback with my bank and reported Spocket and their payment gateway (Kast) to the relevant regulatory bodies for unfair trade practices.
Save your money and your peace of mind. Go to a competitor that respects consumer rights. Spocket is a trap.

Misleading Subscription Model

My experience with Spocket was very disappointing. I signed up for the free trial simply to explore the platform and evaluate whether it would work for my business. Unfortunately, the trial automatically converted into a paid subscription without any clear reminder before the charge occurred.

When I noticed the charge and contacted customer support immediately, my refund request was denied due to their strict no-refund policy. While they referenced their terms and conditions, the overall experience felt unfair and poorly designed from a customer perspective.

The trial-to-subscription model is misleading for users who are only evaluating the service. A more transparent approach would include clear reminders before billing or a short grace period for cancellation.

Instead, the process leaves customers feeling trapped by a billing policy rather than supported by the company. For a platform that targets entrepreneurs and small businesses, this approach damages trust.

Based on this experience, I will not be using this service ever and would recommend that anyone considering the trial read the billing terms very carefully before signing up.

I am a seller on Spockett.com

I am a seller on Spockett.com. My balance from multiple completed orders remains frozen. I have contacted support and was told the funds would be released, but nothing has happened. The platform still shows the balance as "pending." This appears to be a case of online fraud. I have provided evidence, including screenshots of paid and completed orders.

They're a terrible company to deal…

They're a terrible company to deal with, it reminds me of that old Childs' tale, Br'er Rabbit fights the Tar-Baby,

You engage with the trail and then you start getting bills long after you're left.

Also I noticed another listing for Spocket here on Trustpilot it's the same company be warned!

Awful service - avoid

Awful service. After a painful trial I gave up trying to use the service and forgot all about it. I then received a £80 subscription bill that I hadn't signed up for! I immediately contacted them for a refund and they seemed to respond logically. A few days passed and they responded saying that I was eligible for a refund, despite not even using the system. I am now seeking legal advise and will get my money back.

Spocket charged my credit card before my free trial ended…

Spocket charged my credit card a day before my free trial ended. Even when I canceled the day I found they had illegally charged my account, they denied a refund after multiple attempts because of "server issues. "
The worst part is that it's the second time it's happened to me. The first time, they fooled me into thinking it was my fault, but now, I have proof that they scammed me (screenshot).

When you cancel, do it with a written letter by an attorney and make copies, screen shots of all chats

A few years ago I tried to start a Shopify store. One of the companies I signed up with was Spocket. But after a year I closed my shop with Shopify and told Spocket in chats (they are not otherwise communicating) that I want to stop my subscription. In 2022 my Credit Card was declined when they tried to charge me for a year again. I immediately messaged them and the representative told me because I am declined I am not renewed and I do not have to worry about it. on 11 11 2023 I received a message from Discover that there is a pending charge for 288 dollars. I, on that day, contacted them and spoke with a representative to stop the charge because I do not have a shop anymore and I do not want Spocket. I was told many lies. Like. It is expedited. It will be refunded and or it will not charged. At one point I was told that management does not believe that I got charged at all, in other words that I lied. For a year I tried to get my money back. They charged without authorization. There is a term for that. I fought with Discover because they charged it without proof of authorization. I have a screenshot that it was cancelled on that date which I received from Spocket. Spocket might be good for you when you have a shop. But lord, if you want to get a dispute done, get your money back or anything which they do not like. Forget it. I will not stop fighting to get my money back. But overall. Pick someone else to avoid stress like that. I am now out 288 dollars and paid interest on that and they might try again. I can not even enter the date it happened here. 11 11 2023

I regret signing up for Spocket

I regret signing up for Spocket. The platform's core functionality—pushing products to my store—was completely non-functional throughout my subscription. Despite trying all troubleshooting steps suggested by their support team and engaging in an extended back-and-forth communication over weeks, the issue was never resolved.

What’s worse is their rigid and unfair no-refund policy. Even though the service was unusable due to a fault on their end, they refused to issue a refund, citing their terms and conditions. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling.

To add insult to injury, they offered temporary solutions like trial extensions or free months, which were entirely useless since the service itself didn’t work. Instead of taking ownership and addressing the root issue, their responses felt robotic, dismissive, and overly reliant on policy excuses.

Spocket completely failed to deliver on its promises and left me with nothing but wasted time, frustration, and a charge for a service I couldn’t use. I would not recommend Spocket to anyone and would strongly advise potential users to think twice before subscribing.

Fraudulent Application

I usually don't put negative reviews because i understand that Digital applications and websites usually have pros and Cons. I heard about this drop shipping app and read negative reviews on Trust pilot but i thought to give it a chance. I got its 14 days free trial with payment $1.99 and found that they repeatedly asking me for membership each time i tried login and search product. I thought the membership was not subscribed in last attempt but i found that they repeatedly deducted from my card. When i try to connect with ebay they again took me to payment and charged again. This is extremely dangerous website and high Financial risk is involved. It is clear that the positive reviews on trust pilot are also suspicious. Trust pilot should also take this scam seriously.
