The patches I got had all lost there adhesive in every box I would not but them again waste of money .

This is a great product. It is small, yet powerful enough to last a week after wearing it 24 hours. Also it arrived promptly after I ordered it. I have used it for a few years and am very happy with it.

I am very sorry that you did not recieve your order. I am also very sorry that you were not happy with the full refund and full apology given to compensate you previously. Unfortunately during these times, there are still delays with postage, and some items to do get lost. I hope you are able to have a better experience with your online purchase in the future.
The pads were about 1" square and are very poor value for money even if they worked.
