1st they make you wait 4 to 6 weeks after the survey has been completed to pay you. then they do not pay at all and do not respond to emails either. sent 3 emails recently and no response at all. very disappointed. I had done surveys with them before and they always paid and responded if there was an issue. went downhill fast with this one.
