Fake site. They are scammers

Total scam. Said item had been dispatched but that a refund had been issued as it wouldn’t arrive in time. Unsurprisingly neither refund nor delivery arrived. Another email suggesting refund has been made two weeks earlier but hadn’t been processed due to public holidays was sent. 29 days later no refund or delivery (never heard of an electronic transfer taking a month! Shop app also hopeless the form has stopped me from making a complaint twice - first as 30 days hadn’t passed now saying I’ve already made a complaint despite my first complaint not being submitted.

Similar to everyone else. Communication from company via blanket emails. They predicted our delivery would not arrive in time for Halloween due to postal delays and cancelled our delivery. Emails saying full refund would be issued via original method of payment. I emailed them no reply and no refund to date. I recommend contacting your bank.

SCAMMERS!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! I also purchase something for my daughter prior to Halloween and was sent a short emails that it would arrive in time for Halloween one to two days beforehand still nothing had arrived so emailed the company to ask in which they said there were some delays but it should still be arriving come Halloween my daughters costume was not there had to come up with something else last minute and she was devastated and I was told that I would be getting a refund and that refunds were being processed due to public holidays it might take a little bit longer come to today it is the 20th of November I never received any package from them let alone my refund I am done waiting and contacting the bank you guys are a disgraced taking people's money and disappointing kids

Like everyone else, I too brought two costumes in October with guaranteed Halloween delivery. Prior to Halloween I sent an email as I was getting nervous they wouldn’t arrive and was assure it was dispatched and to be delivered in 1-2 days. Halloween came and no costumes. Two very sad and disappointed children crying trying to find them last minute costumes. Emailed again and was told they were having delivery issues and all customers affected would receive a refund. Over two weeks later and still no costumes and no refund. I’m pissed off to say the least. A total scam company do not buy!!!

This website is scam. I purchased a Halloween custom for my daughter on Nov 24 and paid extra shipping fee to get it before trick or treat. I even contacted customer service support and they ensured that it would be delivered on Time. On Nov 31 the tracking status showed delivered but nothing was received. I contacted the customer service again but no one answered, after several days they sent me an email saying that I would receive the refund by 3 to 5 business days but I never received any refund until today which is Nov 14 th!!!

Total scam like all the other reviews have said, I ordered a costume for my daughter, they said it would arrive in time for Halloween. The tracking they gave never showed where it actually was. Then said it was delivered a few days later and nothing arrived. I emailed them so many times for them to say they have already issued a refund. That was 19 days ago no costume no refund. I have dispute the charge with my bank so hopefully i can get my money back.

Total scam. Do not order from this company! Ordered 2 kids costumes for Halloween. They sent an email saying costumes had been shipped. Nothing ever arrived. They emailed saying they would issue refund, no refund has been issued. Total rip off artists.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I only left one star so I could comment. I ordered two costumes, they have never arrived. Contacted customer service per email, cause that’s all they have. Promised a full refund. Needless to say I have no costumes, and no refund. Biggest scam online! Don’t fall for the lies in the email they send.

Only gave a star so I could comment. This place is a total scam!! I repeatedly asked for a tracking number and they refused to give it. Promised me they were tracking it and that it was coming on time, the next day on 10/30. 10/30 instead of my package coming, I got an email saying I was getting a refund cuz it would be delivered after Halloween. Since 10/31 i have yet to receive the promised refund or the "late delivery" and oddly enough, every email I've sent since has been ignored and no further contact from the store and it's now 11/08. REPORTING THEM FOR FRAUD!!

Scam! Don't buy anything

Fake scam website, order never arrived, refund never arrived. These guys are sophisticated scammers. Beware!

Scam beware, I ordered my son a kpop demon hunters costume, I should've known when that costume was like 40.00 bucks at they had it for 25.00 I ordered 3 weeks before Halloween, it says delivered but no costume, I'll have to talk to my bank

Possible Scam, Beware!
I ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter from Spook Society 10 days before Halloween and paid extra for express shipping to make sure it would arrive in time. I even received an email confirming their guarantee that it would be delivered before Halloween.
Halloween came and went — no costume ever arrived. A few days later, I got another email saying they had issued me a refund and that if the costume eventually showed up, I could keep it for free. However, the tracking link they provided has said “Delivered” since the day I placed the order, which makes absolutely no sense.
It’s now November 4th, and I still have no costume, no package, no refund, and no sign this company is legitimate. After this experience, I decided to look up other reviews and saw that many people have gone through the exact same thing — orders marked as delivered, no actual items received, and empty promises of refunds.
At this point, I’m convinced Spook Society is not a real business and is running a scam. I want to warn others not to order from this website. Save your money and buy from a verified, trustworthy retailer instead.

This company is a total SCAM. Do not buy from them, they steal your personal information & sell it.

I ordered a pair of costumes for Halloween & I NEVER got a tracking number nor the product. They have this page where you can “track” your order but it’s BS. It updates as the delivery date approaches but it really doesn’t show anything since it’s fake.

According to the BS tracking history my package was delivered but to my surprise I got nothing. I contacted them & they told me I would get it in the next 2 days & nothing.
