Great customer service
In hopes of advancing my myology interest I purchased multiple specimens from this vendor. During my research I discovered some issues. However, these were quickly resolved and they went beyond what was needed. Their selection is great and had exactly what I wanted. They ship out very quickly and their product is filled abundantly more than some other places offer. Very satisfied with my purchases!

I needed help with placing an order so I called in and some pessimistic guy with an attitude picked up the phone and wouldn't help me. He even hung up on me.

I made a mistake and added the wrong spore to my order and place it. Brian helped me with no problem!
Zero results, waste of money
I just want to stay before continuing that the customer service was amazing. There were shipping issues that were my fault because I was in the process of moving. It was shipped to the wrong address and once I realized it I wrote them and they sent a new package out before they even received the return to sender. They even sent a pack of gummies when they resent the spores. So like I said, great customer service.
Now, let's get into the issue. With two separate orders I have ordered spores, a grow bag, and four packs of gummies. It's been 4 weeks since I injected the grow bag and I have no germination. I will continue to wait but I don't feel hopeful. On the pack of gummies it says that 5 to 10 gummies will take you to the spirit world. After 12 gummies I felt next to nothing which was consistent with the results from other participating parties. It was a very disappointing for everyone.

As a first time buyer from spores MD I was a little wary due to all of the imitators out there. Spores MD is the real deal. My order came promptly and well packaged. My order was complete. Materials were in sterile packaging making preparation very easy for inoculating my spawn bags. I had one syringe from which I did not get any growth. When I reached out to the company they said no issues at all and they promptly set out a replacement. As a bonus for any trouble I went through they sent me another syringe of the albino penis envy that I ordered Plus a syringe of blue meanies a strain I had been meaning to order and had not yet so I was very excited. Their customer service was outstanding. I received updates on the shipment throughout along with a personalized note from the VP of marketing. I have nothing to say but good things this whole situation was handled professionally. I will recommend them to anyone I know who is a Mycologist wishing to grow the strains offered by sporesMD. I will definitely be a repeat customer as I continue my journey in education and the Wonders of psilocybe cubensis!!

Although I haven’t received the product yet I have to say that while I was ordering, I made a few mistakes and their customer service is so good. They just did the refund and the rebate and they’re just amazing.

Hi! I am a newbie with lots of newbie enthusiasm. My mushroom bag started to colonize and I was thrilled. Then it started to develop some green mold. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I emailed SporesMD about how careful I had been and asked for assistance. The response was quick and personal and, most importantly, kind. They said they were sending me a new batch!! I then got a new grow bag from a different supplier to be safe. I am going to try again. I probably would have given up if not for SporeMD's kind support. I will keep ordering from them for sure! 🍄

I buy spore MD at wild berry incense and smoke shop, so far all their spores have been quality, mazatapec and jack frost definately good for research purposes 😌
Great customer service
Great experience with this company. They forgot my 2 free spores so I emailed them on a Sunday. Monday morning they responded, apologized for the error, and immediately shipped my missing product. No BS no back talk just good customer service.
Still waiting on correct order placed in July
I ordered on July 30th did not receive in 3 to 5 days. Emailed and Brian said they had to make new gummies. Still did not receive order and Emailed again Brian said needed to wait for new bottles. On August 17th I received 2 out of 8 items I ordered. Emailed Brian again and he reports it is on its way with extra since I have waited so long. Still do not have a tracking number. Today I received 2 more items of my order. This has been a frustrating a d sad experience. Won't do it again.

Missing order and they reshipped no questions asked. So customer service is definitely 5 stars. As for quality im still waiting on my order since it had to be reshipped so I can't give a review on quality but if it's as good as it's customer service this will be my culture go to. Thanks MD!!!

Outstanding Customer Service
The customer service at SporesMD is top notch and even beyond what I was expecting. After one great shopping experience, my second round of spores did not turn out as well as I hoped so I reached out through the website. Brian sent me a response almost immediately and simply asked me which strain of spores I would like to replace the ones that did not do well. Mind you, that was even way after business hours and caught me off guard because I wasn't expecting a response until at least the next day. Shortly after I received an email with tracking for the shipment of the new spores.
100% will continue to use SporesMD for the customer service alone but their selection and quick shipping are top notch as well.
