The ordering process and fast delivery

The ordering process was very simple and smooth. Delivery was fast, and the tracking updates were clear and helpful throughout the whole process. Also, I really appreciated the small gift included in the box — such a nice touch! Great customer service overall. Definitely recommend this store!

Comme vous avez peut-être entendu, BPOST était/est toujours en grève !

Aucun colis n'a été acheminé depuis plus de trois semaines...
C'est une grève nationale.

Vous êtes cliente chez nous depuis un moment, vous savez que nous traitons et faison livrer vos colis rapidement...

Nous ne pouvons PAS ENCORE vous rembourser le colis qui vas vous être acheminé (avec du retard... c'est vrai), mais il sera bien livré.

Je vous invite surtout à mettre 1 étoile chez BPOST, pas chez nous ;-)

Promis, prochaine commande : POSTNL & Mondial Relay seront disponible comme alternative !
