You sent us an email on 10/06 ( at 5 pm).
We answer on Monday 13/06 ( at 9:40 am)
-> Your parcel is indeed stuck at Bpost, it happens, not our fault, so we immediately redo a new package for you and ship it on 14/06!
We are today the 15/06 and your package ( at the time of typing is 4stops away from your house ! ).
We did everything we can to turn your issue into a solution!

We're sorry you had to encounter this problem.
As stated in our multiple emails, Bpost is facing some issues with their SMS/Email Delivery.
We've even sent you a fully undisclosed Tracking Details from their Logistic platform showing you a failed email attempt.
What can we do more?
You do have tracking on your order in your account and you have received your tracking by email. ( Track Package or View Account )
So even without SMS/Email, you were able to track your order pretty easily!
On Top, with the Bpost tracking page, you have a "Parcel Details" info with the Barcode of your order, yet again, this info was available for you.
So even with this slight inconvenience, you had all the necessary info to pick up your order.
Did you have info on your order: Yes.
Did you have delivery information: Yes.
Did you have the possibility to know when your parcel was available: Yes.
Did you have all information to pick up your order? : Yes.
Did you also have contact with us and got information about your order? : Yes.
The only issue you had was that Bpost didn't send you an SMS/Email stating your Parcel Availability at the Post Point.
So this review shouldn't be that harsh, a 3 out of 5 would have been "hard" for us, but we would have understood due to the circumstance.
But here 1 out 5 with all the back and forth and our ability to provide all the necessary information is not fair.

Really sorry you had to encounter such a hassle for your delivery.
You ordered with us on Saturday 14/05 at 12:32
Monday 16/05 we have prep your package and ship it on Tuesday 17/05.
It should have arrived on 17/05 but due to a labelling issue at Bpost they reprinted the label and send it to dispatch.
On 18/05 your item was available at your Pick-up point !
From there, we have no more control over the delivery.
Bpost simply didn't do their Job correctly, but don't hesitate to call us or email us in such situation !
It will avoid you to wait too long and we can give you assistance directly !
