Website shipping not as advertised
Website advertised same day shipping, after placing order my package was handed to delivery company at another days evening, if you advertise things then fullfil them..

Hi Martynas. I am very sorry to hear that you did not recieve your package as hoped.
However this is our most busy time at year and also the delivery companys, whom also can be late with their handeling of our packages.
Everyone is doing their best, i can promise you that.
But can you help me clear this up.. I cannot find any ordrer in your name in our system? So i can't even tell you if the delay was from or hand or the delivery company so i would be very happy if you would send us an email to : info@sport247.dk with your order number so that we can check if something went wrong with your order, or it was just 1 day delayed because of the holiday season. Our policy is 1-3 days delivery and we do our very best to fulfill that! - what happens at the delivery company is out of our hands but most of the time they are very quick also in this very very busy time of the year. I hope to hear from you
