This summer I ordered and received a 12 foot Air King trampoline from Sport and Leisure. Product arrived promptly and was fine. Recent gale damage left me needing a replacement pole and bits for the safety enclosure. My contact, Ash, couldn't have been more helpful, and even arranged to send one without charge! Excellent!!

We bought a table tennis table which was delivered damaged. We then requested a replacement which was also damaged so we then requested a refund. Although there was always a delay of about 24 hours to our emails the refund has been issued and apologies made. The customer service was very good and I’ve only given 3 stars because of the two damaged items. Also I would have preferred to be able to speak to someone in person rather than relying on emails but thankfully the issue was dealt with.

DO NOT USE!!! £449 for a treadmill with missing parts so unuseable. No response / action from Sport and Lesiure for past 2 months so contacted my credit card provider to see if they can intervene. So wish i'd checked on here first as the reviews speak for themselves, all the same, no idea what this company are trying to acheive, its criminal!!!

PLEASE NOTE- left my original review a couple of weeks ago but it has been shunted (along with many others) to a 'not available' page. Repeating it here because I think others should know. Original review- Awful. Would prefer to leave zero star rating if I could. Bought a treadmill to help with fitness during/after lockdown. It wasn't as described and stopped working altogether after a week or so of very slight use. Their phone line is conveniently unavailable 'because of the pandemic' and they do not bother replying to emails- we have tried over and over again. We are now looking at legal action and contacting the bank for chargeback. Shoddy product, even shoddier customer service. Don't touch them with a bargepole. Update (September 3rd) A signed for letter to the company director (Company is RCD RETAIL) brought quick results and a new machine was delivered within a couple of days. Despite our request, there was no attempt to check that the delivery day would be OK for us-fortunately it was. It was badly packed so one piece was broken, but we were able to swap it for a piece on the old machine, which we repacked with great care for return. You would think that under the circumstances they would have taken extra care with the replacement.We have asked repeatedly to be advised when they intend to collect the original faulty one, but they continue to ignore communications. It's a big heavy item, taking up a lot of space, and we will be forced to dispose of it soon. The local council charges £20 to remove large pieces of rubbish. If we have to pay this we will expect the company to reimburse us. I don't know why they are so reluctant to reply to customers, but they must realise it makes a bad situation worse.

The product is broken and they only reply to every 4th email. The worst products and even worst customer service. Their "money back guarantee" is non existent! They basically steal your money

I ordered a rowing machine in March. When it arrived some parts were broken and there was no resistance on the handles so it would have been useless anyway.

They advised this would be collected but still no sign of anyone coming to collect the faulty item. I have emailed in numerous times but I have had no response.

Please avoid using this website as like many others I have lost a lot of money. I am taking the advise of other customers and flagging this with Resolve and my bank. I have also raised a case with the UK trading standards.

I would give this company ZERO if this was possible - my order of a kids trampoline was missing 2 springs which I informed them of on the day of delivery - 68 (Yes sixty eight) days later I was relieved to receive a parcel from them until I opened it up to discover they had sent me only 1 spring !!!! don’t use this company, you might save a few quid but the hassle is just not worth it

Stay away from this company. I regret that I did not check this site before making the purchase. I bought a table tennis table which costs just short of £200. The design of the product is so faulty that not only it almost broke my back to put more than 100 screws together, it won't stand unless the 2 parts are linked together. There are 4 parts of the table top and the 2 quarters on each side will never be on the same level no matter how hard you try to adjust the screws beneath the table. The worst bit is there are 5cm gap when the 2 halves are connected. This is a useless product in spite of my 5 day work to put it together. No one answers the phone, emails are not even acknowledged.

A disgrace. Shame I can’t score them zero. A very very simple bit of advice, DO NOT, DO NOT buy anything from these criminals.
Wrong product turned up. Of course their phone lines are switched off, you’d not expect anything less would you. Despite 8 emails to so called customer service, not even a hint of a response. Luckily I paid with MasterCard so they can deal on my behalf.
Once again, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FEOM THESE CROOKS. Believe me, you’ll regret it. Trading standards and police investigation should be initiated to probe these con artists.

Baaaaaaaad ordered and received pool table the legs had splits in the wood the cushions are like concrete I’ve sent so many emails the letters are wearing out on my keyboard no response not answering the phone £400 out of pocket terrible people terrible company who needs COVID 19 when we’ve got Sportandleisureuk ruining hard working peoples lives and making us MISERABLE I SHALL SPEAK TO MY BANK AND TRADING STANDARDS ......UPDATE PEOPLE I CONTACTED MY BANK FILLED IN THE ONLINE FORM EXPLAINING ABOUT CRAP ITEM BEING UNSAFE 2 DAYS LATER THE BANK PUT THE MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT HAPPY DAYS

Avoid shocking customer service and lie saying they will refund and dont.
I checked the company out and Clare and Richard Watton are the directors all info to see on companies house. Will now be reporting the company Shocking service and very very poor communication. Told will get a refund for the damaged goods never happened and ignoring all emails. From a lot of reviews they have done the same to loads.

Order no 400015095. I ordered an exercise bike from this company. When it arrived I tried to assemble it but the left pedal was faulty. I sent it back via courier (at my own expense!!) over 2 weeks ago now and despite several emails to them have still heard nothing about a refund, and I also hope to get a refund for the cost of sending the product to them since it was faulty. AVOID this company. No customer service.

Bought a cross trainer from the company back in March. Product arrived with some damage and I was offered a partial refund which I took. A couple of weeks later the machine started to making banging noises whilst being used and I realised a welded part was missing, the paint had also started to flake off the machine. Contacted sport and leisure UK again and was told I could have a full refund or replacement machine. I opted for full refund and gave a date the machine could be collected as requested. That was 3 weeks ago - there is no sign of the refund and no response to further emails regarding it being collected or when the refund will be processed. DO NOT use this company, their products are poor quality and their customer service is appalling.

Order number 400023238. Spent £599 on a multi gym and when it arrived it had 2 missing parts that are essential. No way to call them, no reply to emails, so I have £599 of scrap metal. AVOID at all costs.

They have changed the timelines for getting back to customers to 15 days. So the 14 day guarantee is worthless!

Order on 9th May. No delivery and no update!
Placed order for barbell on 9th May. On 15th May had email saying dispatched. Then another on 15th May saying ignore previous email. Can’t speak to anyone, and any emails get generic automated response. Doesn’t look like they ship anything! Will now be looking to cancel my credit card transaction. Terrible service, would never use again!

Company contacted me after first review to say item would be dispatched. It hasn’t been!

You can pay your money but you won’t get your product!

absolutely dreadful. would give it a zero if i could. fraudsters. took my £229 for a spin bike should have been delivered june 1st. never arrived. they send automated responses, phone lines dead. cannot get a refund. had to claim money back via credit card. company is a scam

The item never showed up we waited almost a month for a trampoline as a birthday present. Do not buy its a scam website. Trying to get tge money back.

My husband bought me an exercise bike for my birthday. It arrived last week in may. I had one shot and the whole pedal fell off. Both my husband and myself have been emailing to try to get this resolved and have been getting no reply to our emails. Customer service centre is down due to Covid but website states staff are replying to emails. Eventually received a reply a few days ago. Replied giving the information they asked for and once more no reply. Feel it is unacceptable to wait this length of time for someone to get in touch about a faulty product when they have the money.
