All ok, came on time

I ordered Friday afternoon (Black Friday), it arrived in Sweden the following Monday, i.e 3 days! Due to the Swedish Postnord´s delay I got it delivered Wednesday, and Sportconic emailed me to tell me that is was delayed (here in Sweden), not used to such service. But from the Netherlands to Sweden in 3 days is great!
It was very well packed, no damage at all on the inside stuff.
The treadmill was quite easy to assemble, just tighten two handles and fasten two screwlike-things. I have just tested it walking, don´t want to disturb my downstairs neighbor who works odd hours and my living room where the treadmill is, is right above his bedroom. It´s reasonably quiet, display works fine and I like to have it by my feet instead of in front of me. The remote also works fine. The only thing I would have liked to have is a water bottle holder but I knew when I bought it that there was none, so I´ll figure something out. I´v just owned it for a few hours so I can´t say more than that. Oh, the Swedish translation in the manual could use some work ;-)
I have a 100 day testing period, so I will save the box and the packing materials just in case, but right now it feels like I won´t need to use it.

I ordered a treadmill and, while the delivery was fast, it was left outside in the hallway of my apartment complex where anyone could have taken it. I e-mailed the company about the issue and they didn’t offer any kind of compensation. They said they would look into it with the delivery company, but I never heard back—it's been four weeks.

I’ve only used the treadmill twice and it’s already making strange noises and seems defective. On top of that, I can’t use my phone to listen to music or watch anything while on it because it gives off an electric shock.

I would not recommend this company or their product. If you live in an apartment building, especially on a higher floor, don’t expect proper delivery. The company also has no phone support, so you’re left waiting and hoping for a reply.

Don’t buy.

The treadmill itself is good, but it has been noisy from the beginning at lower speeds. I contacted customer support — they replied once, redirected me to their WhatsApp, and I never received any further help.

Maybe you should forward this Trustpilot in english to me? I don't understand dutch.

Bought the P106FA Pro and it arrived pretty fast, delivered to my door instead of the package shop it was sent to - no complaints for that. It's super easy to get going, you just plug it in and hit start.
I bought it for the 12kmt and the tilt (and the 100 days!) , but i think if you just want to get more walking into your day when you're wfh, the basic version is plenty.

It's definitely not easy to move around, so it's not going under my couch or anything, just planted in a permanent spot so it's ready. The whole family is enjoying it so far!

The treadmill looks elegant and offers plenty of space. It’s great for walking, but not suitable for running. The motor is generally quiet, but unfortunately, we experienced a problem. Right from the start, there were loud knocking noises coming from the rear roller, which could indicate that the belt is too tight. However, when the belt is loosened, it slips.
At speeds above 6 km/h, the belt slips whenever your foot strikes, which can be very dangerous, especially at 12 km/h. Additionally, the device is heavy, particularly the handle, and the treadmill cannot be stored upright. We’ll be returning it.

Fast delivery of an excellent treadmill. Very easy to install. I was up and running in 10 minuttes :-)

Haven't used it yet, but it seems like a pretty solid device. I'm looking forward to using it for the first time.

Very happy with the product and the fast delivery! Its super stable a bit heavy to move but its the best thing to have at home if you have no time to go sport.

The logistics company brought the package to my address, but the delivery guy didnt care to bring the package at my doorstep, because the package was too heavy, so be aware that your delivery guy might be to lazy to bring your package at your doorstep and thus, rather sends the package back to sportconic. I do homeoffice and was in a video call, so I couldnt pick up the package and carry it to the third floor myself. Sportconic has been replying and I am waiting for my refund. I ordered a different walking pad and I am very happy: Merach walking pad.

I bought the P106FA Pro Treadmill. The product feels very solid; it doesn’t come with fancy smartphone connectivity features, but the price is good and the build quality is high. The speed range is more than enough—you can run really fast on it. It was shipped to Estonia with free delivery. They do offer a 2-year warranty, but honestly, sending such a large and heavy product, which costs barely €200, back to the Netherlands doesn’t seem worth the trouble. Still, I hope nothing goes wrong and that it keeps working. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase.
