Scam. You will lose your money and receive nothing.

I was charged for goods that never arrived. The "tracking" site changed to 'delivered' on January 3 but only to my postcode, which even if true covers 30 houses, and the "Customer Service Center" simply told me to contact my local post office. The 'store' is now 'closed, try again later'. This is literally a scam. On reflection:
The confirmation mail comes from "Sports specialty stores", so a spelling mistake; the site is called "sportdirectuk.live", so a crucial letter missing from "sportsdirect".

Fake Delivery Proof & No Accountability

Fake Delivery Proof & No Accountability

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. My order was marked as delivered, but I never received anything. To make matters worse, the so-called “proof of delivery” was a photo of a door that is clearly NOT mine.

This was a Christmas gift, and because of this false delivery confirmation, I was left without the item and without a timely resolution. Submitting a photo of the wrong address as proof is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the reliability of their delivery process.

Customer service has been slow and unhelpful so far, and I am now forced to spend my time chasing a refund for an item I never received.

I would not recommend this company. If something goes wrong, be prepared to fight to get your money back.

clicked on an add on Facebook and thought I was on the sports direct website and it is NOT. The site looks exactly like the actual website but everything is MEGA cheap. Thankfully my partner realised or I would have fallen for it!
