Better than I had anticipated.
I had read some poor reviews and was somewhat concerned about purchasing but I cannot fault their service. The item came quickly, was as advertised. Unfortunately I had to return it for a larger size so cannot comment on their returns procedures.

Ordered a kipling bag from secret sales. Bag is not to my liking so saw a slip inside parcel saying to send it to you went on to the sportitfirst.returnscenter.com was asked to put the order number in. Which was in my secret sales confirmation email and it would not recognise it. Tried contacting secret sales but no response on email live chat or messenger. Can you help.
