Worst customer service ever

Worst shopping experience ever because of terribly bad customer service and package delivery incompetence. Almost one month after I bought an item it still is not delivered to me. I went to the shop where it was supposed to be delivered - no help. Talked 3 times with employees from customer service. Each time they promised they would call store manager and solve the problem. Otherwise they would refund me. Each time they promised they would call me back. They never call back and every time I call I get new employee who doesn't care at all. Seems like they hope I will give up and leave them 2200kr.

Bad Company

They cancel your order after one week waiting with out telling you
Just because it was a cheep price when you bought it
And they said
Sorry we didn’t find the product in our store

Easy buy, easy return

Bought 2 pairs of shoes, Nike & Adidas. Both were to small, but returned them to the local store with no hassle - and got friendly assistance in finding a pair of better running shoes at the same time.

Sportmaster fields , very bad service , one of the staff have ignore me when I want some help for shoes size , they just lost a loyal customer and you can see they staff is not service minded:(
