You customer support and management are just BAD.

This company is a shame with no response to 4 emails sent to support. I put in an order in November and have not received delivery 2 months later. No response is unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are a complete shame!

Costumer Service does not respond. After 3 emails and 5 days waiting for help to find my order, I am very disappointed and will not order any product anymore

I would not recommend anyone to do B2B business with Sport Whele. Doing B2B with this company can completely demolish your business. There is absolutely no response from their team even after sending several emails. The silence from Sport Whele’s support is shocking, and their contact number doesn’t work either. Their lack of communication and support has caused serious issues for my business. This complete lack of communication and professionalism has destroyed my trust in this company and damaged my reputation with my customers on selling platforms. I strongly warn others — avoid doing any B2B with Sport Whele if you value your time, money, and reputation.

You should stop sending products that is close to expiry to your customers after order that is what you sent to me when i ordered from your website. I'm so disappointed.

I only get two products, but both products and service are always top quality and the delivery is always reliable.

The short expiration date was not clear on the website when I ordered things.

Whey Cherry protein has too artificial taste and produces a lot of foam which makes it harder to drink.

I've received the order. But one of the items was damaged and loose a bit the product.

The product is very good and the price is also very good

My order was delivered quickly. The collagen powder dissolves quite easily in water, and the taste was minimal - in plain water it has a mild taste but this is undetectable when mixed with a juice or squash/water mix.
