I used a service, where you buy an RDP its like an extra computer.

I created the account, deposit 1.5 ETH and boom closed. I verified my account, and now the latest response is THEY KEEP THE FUNDS in the account, they closed it and they say i cannot open anymore accounts with them.

They have taken my initial deposit, basically ROBBING ME!! They are not paying out my deposit, it is not profit or anything like that ITS JUST my own money i deposit.

And their last message they say i will be ignored if i email them. Basically they just say "Hey we take your money, shut up and dont reply to us"!!

They blocked my account with winnings.
I passed all KYC that they requested from me and after that they just withdraw all my winnings from my account and let me withdraw only deposit.
They took everything that i won without any reason.

I deposited ₹5000 in the account my ticket won ₹14750. But when it came to withdrawal they always told me to message at securitysportsbet.io. After mailing them for 2-3 times they told me to verify the account on the website which I did. After that they told me to verify the account on veriff as it's a security procedure. I thought that wow such a good company thinks a lot about its customer.

After verification in the veriff they have stopped replying me i have wrote tons of email they just won't even bothered to reply. Their live chat says just wait we can't do anything.
