I am disappointed with Sportsbetting.ag.

I requested a withdrawal of $9600 (crypto), and my account was suddenly put “under investigation.” They claimed missing KYC documents, but I have already submitted all documents multiple times — and they were previously APPROVED by their own team.

Now they are repeating the same generic responses and not clearly explaining:
- what is actually missing
- why previously approved KYC is no longer valid
- when my withdrawal will be processed

My funds have been locked for weeks with no transparency.

This is extremely concerning and unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise others to be very careful when using this platform.

I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

Been using this site for a while now and overall it’s been a solid experience. The VIP program is actually decent — they offer weekly and monthly bonuses, plus post-month rewards and regular reloads which help keep the balance going. It’s not crazy high every time, but it’s consistent and better than a lot of other sites that barely give anything back .

The withdrawal process is annoying. It shouldn’t take many hours to be reviewed. Should be pretty instant 10 maybe 20 minutes. Max would be perfect. Not ours the whole days.

The service is good, there are some areas where it can be better. Such as the services charge depositing and withdrawals seems somewhat greedy and expensive.

The way to transfer the money to the bank is too complicated and in some cases the fees are too hi. I don't see PayPal as an option to use, which is what most people have.
