I ordered and Atec portable L-screen
After ordering this product from 3 other companies who All advertised or TOLD me it was in stock and then either confirmed it at 3 weeks out finally gave me that info after I took the time call, I called Lori back who was honest enough and had told me in one of my initial inquiries that unfortunately it would still be 2-3 weeks. I called her back ordered it and guess what.........she under promised and over delivered. I actually RECEIVED the product in ONE week.
Wow, what a concept Honesty and a Caring Effort in Sales.
Product is great and we have using it for a week or so in a short fall ball season

Everything was great! Smooth purchase. Delivered when promised. Love that it was packaged and shipped in a PVC pipe to prevent any damage.

Ordered a product online and the next day received a personal phone call that the one of the items was on back order. Asked rep to please call me back as I was in the middle of something personal and she did, next day as promised. Together we Resolved best alternative for my organization. Stumbled upon this company's website after viewing Google searched images of orange baseball bases. While placing our order of 3 bases, it was unclear of the expected arrival date. The checkout process seemed way to easy, however we received our order within the week and the quality was excellent. Just placed another order tonight for a pitchers mound and home plate. Would definitely recommend this site to others.

I received my Pyramid canopy and couldn't be more pleased. I put it up and took it down by myself. It would certainly be easier with a second person. I just couldn't wait. The tent is much more sturdy than others I have tried. I can't wait to try it at my next craft fair. Delivery and price from Sports Facilities Group was incredible.

I had never heard of them before this purchase. I purchased a canopy. No issues. Best price I could find for this item. Deluvered earlier than expected.

I had a couple hiccups when I initially placed my order, a friendly staff member kindly contacted me and let me fix everything instead of just canceling the order like some sites will do.

Ordered replacement clips for our soccer goals. Order came within 3 biz days. Minor mishap with incorrect shipping number being emailed to me initially but after an email to customer service it was corrected within 24 hours and I actually received my clips the day it was corrected. Will for sure use company again!!!!!

Fast shipping great price good product

Had a shipping issue but Lori did a great job of following up and got everything taken care of.

I purchased a 6x6 flat drag from SFG. I mistakenly entered Maine as my state rather than Maryland. One email later everything was squared away and the drag was delivered in 72 hours! Will definitely use SFG again!

Not only was the service I received was good but the prices were quite a bit less than anywhere else.

I placed an order with this company for 11 bat bags for my daughters softball team. I asked for a quote which I received via email. The quote had the correct name of the bat bags that I ordered and a total price. We got team sponsors to sponsor us for the purchase of the bat bags and placed the order. The paid invoice had the correct name of the bags that I ordered and was received via email as well. When our order came via UPS this afternoon it had the wrong style bag. I called immediately to inform Lori that I had not received the correct bags. Lori saw that she had made a key punching error in the item number that was 1 character different from the correct order. The name of what I ordered was correct but the item number was wrong the entire time. Even when she knew she had made a mistake she still refused to send the correct bags at no extra charge as a courtesy. She informed me that the bags we wanted are actually $20/each more than what she incorrectly quoted me for so she would allow us to return the incorrect order but if we wanted the actual bags that we thought we had ordered and already paid for we would need to come up with an additional $220! These bags were sponsored by a kind hearted business. I showed proof of Lori's mistake in all of the emails and she still would not fix it. Her boss, the supposed owner, was no help at all either leaving me high and dry knowing full well they were in the wrong. They offered to send a free shipping label so I can return the bags but refuse to fulfill my order correctly. The irony of it all is that on the company website they state that, "We want to earn your trust and repeat business..." They continue with, "We also strive to ship each order quickly and accurately..." In my opinion, this company does not stay true to their promise of customer service, they are unethical, refuse to admit their mistakes and make right what they have wronged. Do yourself a favor and find a business that is trusted and recommended by a friend or professional and let this company fall on it's own sword.
