Goods not depatched, no reply to email, no refund.
Email received falsely claiming goods (Nike trainers) had been despatched - but Royal Mail reference showed that they had not been despatched.
Note: Email said they HAD been despatched, not would be despatched.
Email (sent 1st May) requesting info on when despatch will happen not replied to.
Order was ostensibly despatched on 18th April - it's now 6th May and no information

Sportsmart really impressed me from the initial order to the delivery of the goods. They gave a 1 hour delivery slot which I had never experienced before which was spot on.
